I still have Android 13 , please help me update to Android 14 . I have Doogee dk10. The update system in about phone says it's up to date but it's still android 13!! When on Doogee mall it has Android 14!!
If your Doogee DK10 should have Android 14 but the system still shows Android 13, follow these steps to resolve the issue: 1. Check the Update Settings Again Go to Settings > About Phone > System Updates and tap "Check for Updates" manually to ensure the latest firmware is being queried. 2. Ensure a Stable Internet Connection Use a stable Wi-Fi connection during the update check. Sometimes mobile networks might not detect updates properly. 3. Visit the Doogee Official Website Go to the Doogee Support Page to see if a manual firmware update is available. Download the firmware file for Android 14 if it’s listed under your device. 4. Download the Firmware via Doogee Mall If Doogee Mall indicates that Android 14 is available, try reinstalling or updating the Doogee Mall app from the Play Store. Check if the firmware can be downloaded directly from there. 5. Manually Install Android 14 If you downloaded the firmware from the Doogee site: Backup your data first. Follow the installation instructions provided on the site. Usually, it involves placing the firmware file on a microSD card or internal storage and flashing it via recovery mode. Enter Recovery Mode (typically by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Up buttons while the phone is off). Select "Install Update" or a similar option. 6. Contact Doogee Support If none of the above steps work, contact Doogee's support team directly via email or the support page. They may provide region-specific updates or troubleshooting tips. Let me know if you need guidance with any of these steps! 😊
Dear i am in dire newd of mobile with such specifications... 1. Long Lasting Battery Timing performance with 22000 mah battery, 02. Heavy Loud sound System, 3. 6.7 or 6.8 Screen size
Good point! The Doogee DK10 does seem unusually heavy for a phone with a standard battery capacity. It might be due to the rugged build and added durability features, which often make these devices bulkier. It’s something to consider if you’re looking for both portability and power.
