As an avid outdoor enthusiast, switching to Asmoke has significantly improved my camping experiences. I absolutely love the convenience and versatility it offers. The precise temperature control ensures my food is always grilled to perfection. The fact that it's battery-powered makes it ideal for my RV road trips. What's more, I can monitor the temperature and create my own recipes via the app, which adds a fun and personalized touch to my cooking. And let's not forget the unique smoky flavor the wood pellets add, it truly enhances the taste of my meals. I highly recommend Asmoke for anyone who enjoys outdoor cooking. It's a game-changer! #Asmoke.

I love you the debuts and Matt's is the one I watch every day.
We looked at it last Sunday in Dover, we where not impressed, it felt cheap
Why so..? Because of quality/fit-finish or overall build quality...?
Well, it is a Fleetwood, that is the answer.
TIME SQUARE. my favorite place in Manhattan. If I still lived in NYC I would not miss being there. I will be routing for you.
Hey, Fleetwood! You guys are the first to build a motor home for munchkins. Tiny wardrobes. Passenger seat too small. When you're using theater seats, no one can get by. Quite frankly, the best thing is the bunk. Even the large storage in the rear is a problem waiting to happen (water filter in a terrible place). Sorry guys. Looks good but fails miserably.
I agree for 100k+ not worth it.
Munchkins might be too big.
Enjoy hearing your honest opinion. Manufactord listen.
Their opinion is not even close to honest! They work for General RV and they are trying to sell this particular RV. General RV is letting them show this RV so they can sell it! This is not an RV review channel, it's an RV sales channel.
Great RV, lots to like about this one 👍
Main bedroom, bathroom, recliner chairs, storage, all good.
WHERE'S ANDREA?😂
Are you taking roll?
Happy Father's Day to you, Matt and all Father's of the RV Reviews family-and great Class C motorhome, by the way, Matt and Will!Take care!🎺🎺🎺🎺
I'm glad REV is back in the class C game, and that overcab is 👌👌 along with those rear tail lamps!
Seems REV is not to financially sound
This floorplan has the potential to be awesome👍if it just had real reclining theater seating and a sofa or table and chairs “option” for the uncomfortable “1950’s diner” booth dinette💥💥
Hi Matt and Wil! My likes are bunk over the cab, loved the shower and the storage. My dislikes are the storage with all the wiring, tight to get the refrigerator open and closet doors. Thank you Matt and Wil! Thank you Fleetwood for making a class C.
I'm excited that Fleetwood is making Class C's again. Thanks for the world debut. I prefer your tours of new motorhomes.
Crud, another too short 75" bed.
I love the look of this rv it have a studio apartment look on the inside
Very nice! Thank you! Thank you! 👍🤘💛🧡💛
Nothing unique or special. Blah colors and lame dinette
Beautiful bed over the cab! So spacious!
Holy Moly, Low Bridge Ahead ...... Is that the Herman Munster Edition ?
Hope Fleetwood does a version of this with the dinette on the right side with a _full_ big window view & an east-west bed/full rear closet.
2 _tiny_ pill-shaped dinette windows instead of a televator is a deal-breaker for me. Isn't a bedroom & outside TV enough anyway?
Well that is one of the better motorhomes, at least you have room in the bathroom. 8 out of 10
Great review! Agree with your Likes and Dislikes. The theater seats limits the passenger side front cab seat. There's a few "bugs' with the first model year. Maybe, the next production year, they will have incorporated many improvements to the Altitude 29F. Best, Steve from Western Mass.
If you have time, you gotta get a slice of NYC pizza, best in the world. And if you have more time, get a hot pretzel and a knish from a street cart!
This is a really nice RV!
Nice that they put a pantry in it.
OK. Love the concept, especially the overhead bunk (definitely awesome) and the north/south bed. Not a fan of the gold accents, would prefer simple black pulls. And the dinette...I might be in the minority, but its a wasted space for me. Id rather see the dinette disappear and have another couch on the opposite wall so I could converse with family/friends. Im also a fan of separating the shower (on one side of the unit) and the toilet/sink (on the opposite wall) so the entire bathroom isnt occupied when someone is showering. But that overhead bunk is *chefs kiss* amazing!
HEY kislux !! I have been watching you for years and im so proud of where you have made it! I love you so much! Also thanks for making my day
Keep the new stuff coming Matt😊
Gawddamn that is huge
Like the unit, but like you said that front passenger seat is extremely too tight. I think they need to do a flip. They need to put the table on the passenger side, but use that type of bar area table which will give you more room and put the theater seats on the other side and maybe do like a elevator for the TV which would give you more room to move your chairs, I really love the big bathroom because I have a big guy and he needs a big shower to be able to get into again Love this class RV
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤ nice class c!
Fleetwood made some great class Cs in the 1980s. Lots are still around today. I'd doubt if this one will last 19 years.
Fleetwoods first class c…. I’m like you, they’ve made some awesome c’s in years past. Hell the Jamboree was around when I was a kid in the 70’s
@wdafchuck I had a Jamboree and when I see them on the road today, I realize I didn't appreciate how nice a rig it was at the time.
I’d probably give this RV a five out of 10. I don’t like the walkway with no walking space when the slide outs are in and while you are in motion. There might be a build quality issue there where we cut his finger. With the wood. And then the chassis, the front seats have, barely any legroom. And the dinette, I’d say it’s best for two people. If you want four people, they’re gonna either have to sit in the sofa and the dinette or they’re gonna have to sit outside. I don’t know I don’t really like the RV.
The outside wasn't too bad. The second you opened the door, it was over for me. The interior was too sterile for me. All the decorators are saying grey is on the way out. Also the gold pulls look terrible. I know much of this is personal taste. For being a fairly large Class C, the interior felt very cramped.
Close to being able to buy a new rig and curious if you have truck campers or your company has thought about them?
They typically don’t sell truck campers.although maybe check the used rvs.i know they take them in on trade.
@@foxcroftandrea3213 Thanks, been checking some out and they are serious competition to b vans and small travel trailers.
General RV is a trash company. Don't buy from them.
We need a General RV in the New England area!!!
Believe me - That is the Last you need!! Go hotel/motel route.
Yes you do! Maybe they can leave the rest of the country and just be located in the New England area. General RV is one of the worst RV companies in America!
thor style passenger seat style plus factory seats cross this motorhome off my list
Those locks on the outside storage always freeze up during the winter then you can’t open them in the spring….. need different lock system.
I only like the cab bed honestly
Hey Fleetwood, ask GMC to build chassis for your longer units. Ford hasn't improved the leg room in the E-series since they started building it.
You should put some Liquify in the East River to make the river flow easier. Lol
What to do in the city-Hollywood diner on Broadway. See a show. Walk through Macy's Herald Square. Visit the Battery to see the Statue of Liberty. Visit Ground Zero. Eat at a NY deli, no other like them in the world. Get something from a street vendor. Be safe. Keep all person items hidden. Put your wallet in your front pocket. Better yet, have something that goes inside your clothing for wallet etc.
Back to the drawer board with this RV. passenger seat is really small, theater seats look super short, the dinette is tight, the hinged glass on the stove looks like it can break easily, nice bathroom, big shower, great bunk over the cab.
You can’t get a better endorsement than Will saying a shower is good.
Matt you need to start saying what type of toilet system the RV you’re reviewing
What happened to the queen?
Don’t like small sink in bath or single sink in kitchen & don’t like the can…it could be bigger & more luxurious. I like the size of the shower, not a fan of dinettes but doable, it’s pretty nice color scheme overall. They could make some things an optional for choices. Pocket doors are better for space in the whole RV.
Meant to cab not can
Who is making the frames for Fleetwood?
Ford built Chassis on this one
C-Pap , according to sleep clinic is to be heart level or lower.
I full time in a 2000 Jamboree 22c :)
No washer? Don't like that they are putting convection/microwave on the bottom. Have issues bending down. It seem too narrow.
All right I’m half way through this video and if I worked for Fleetwood, I am Completely embarrassed 😞. The passenger seat cram, Will trying to recline in the theater seat, though there may be features on here that are great just watching that segment has most normal sized and above average sized people saying no thanks.
Wow, what's the loud sound. Generator?
Led lights could be better thruout
Where's Andrea? Will she be in NYC next week?
What’s happening in NYC?
None of your business.
@@scottmichaels6854actually it is my business lol
I don’t often comment … but this one really misses the mark. Mini storage … with no sliding drawer to help fully access it.
I know Matt has said in another vid, but can someone tell me in detail why a class C can be cheaper than an class B?
Many thanks :)
Any of these selling in this day and age of sky high interest rates?
LOL You guys even have Andrew Shill shilling Liquified now. . Liquified is taking over the RV industry! 😀
I didn't like that there isn't room in passenger side. Micro needs up cabins and put a drawer under stove.
I hate the big window over the cab. Have you had one break or get hit by a rock...we have and very expensive to replace.
I would want a sleeper couch, would there be more room for passenger?
My dislikes on this are very similar, and I liked the review. Thank you
I have had at least two Fleetwood units, a Tioga and a Southwind, and I am a fan of Fleetwood and the Ford E and F chassis. HOWEVER, this unit looks thrown together, but the sale price is reasonable. Ugly exterior decor, very "busy." Low, low cargo carry capacity. Looks like not all cargo doors have struts to help keep them up and open. Hate that big awkward-looking and slanted "window" in front--Great opportunity for hail damage. Front passenger seat space totally not acceptable, but the passenger should be walking anyway because of that skimpy cargo-carry capacity. Cheap shades. The range/convection combo looks like a good idea, but I would love to see a drawer-style convection/microwave when placed low like that one. The new Coachman unit that Matt showed last week was more appealing to me.
Unfortunately, Fleetwood no longer stands behind their products, so I'll pass. Just look at the floorplan. I see potential problems.
🤯
Where’s Andrea been!!? Miss her pretty face!😊 I’m not really liking the floor plan. Theater seats are pointless if you don’t have enough space to put your feet up lol. I do love all the room in the bunk over the cab. I’m curious to see the the other floor plan!
They should b ave used a 550 chassis
Do you take trade-ins? Have a 2023 Entegra Qwest that is just a little small for me!
How do you cover that window in the over cab area for sleeping ?
If you go back and watch the video you'll see that it has a motorized shade.
Don't like leg room passenger seat. Don't like leg room for recliner sofa. Dinette table sitting to high. Love bunk head room. Love outside storage area.
Don’t like bathroom across from kitchen - bathroom/fridge need to switch locations
Where’s Andrea?? we need a woman’s point of view..
Thank you ☺️
@@foxcroftandrea3213 We miss you and you're much prettier than Will.
Mind your business. Maybe she has something personal going on?
@@scottmichaels6854 An honest question will never hurt anybody. Sheesh, get a grip. 😂
@@scottmichaels6854 why don’t you mind your own business Bozal I wasn’t talking to you
Twist locks, TPO roof, small well most things. For a mid-level Class C where are the slam latch, fiberglass roof and at least reasonable sized features. You make a huge bunk over the cab and the theater seats are useless. My opinion is anyone over 5' stay away.
Fleetwood has a massive fail with this one. No room to walk through, no room to sit, tiny windows over the dinette which you do not need a tv there at all. I could go on but I am grateful for the review since it saves me time to not bother looking at that one.
Bad boondocking at truck stops. Loves now has many rv hook up locations and they are expanding those. Please try not too take truck spots if you can park at other areas. Truckers can't and there is not enough parking spaces for truckers. Truckers can park at rest areas and truck stops and very few walmarts. RV's can park in alot of cool places. Plus you don't want your family around most Truckers.
nice class c but i miss andrea
Does this Class C have a Vacuflush toilet? I HATE I mean really HATE the Vacuflush system, give me a gravity flush toilet!
The walkway with slides in is way too narrow. I’m only 5’2” and I think the front passenger seat and the theater seats would be too short for me. You can’t pass by if someone is reclining. Really awkward miss in this RV.
how are there so many 2000my and newer fleetwood class c's for sale on rv trader if this is their first? c'mon man, a little research would help prevent making such a ridiculous claim.
Why doesn’t this unit have a counter extension? The passenger seat having limited push back is poor design. If they are going to make the front sides of the cab square, why not put a vertical window with a screen allowing fresh cross air to the dinette. I think slam latch outside doors would have been a nice touch. The limited space up front with the slide out in is a negative. The north to south bed is a big positive. A tv should be included in the bedroom. Bunk over the cab space is very nice. Kitchen was not well designed. Across from the kitchen on the wall there should be a mirror or a painting.
Not much room with the slide in. Or out really. Our 2011 31P has more room with the slide in then it does out. Like the bunk and bathroom.
Fleetwood... this is a fail. Please! Who's gonna sit in that passenger seat? And those theater seats? C'mon guys! And whoever designed that wet bay should be fired! Honestly?? The bathroom is excellent... but everything else needs SERIOUS rethinking. You can do better...
That window over the cab also heats that bed area to an intolerable temperature.
Don't be like Bridgerton and switch out gender-specific characters 😁 Bring back Andrea 😁 She puts the "Class" in the "Classes"
Awe 😂thank you
@@foxcroftandrea3213 I love Will and Jenn too 😂 just You are associated with the class types and love seeing your outfits. Oh I also play a game by myself 😂 (my husband thinks I am weird) I will pause the “valance test” and state if I think you will pass it or not. At first I was off but now I think I am almost 100% correct with your standing on them. 🤭
@@UniquelyAbledTravelersI love that 😂
Still no clip on mic 🤷♂️‼️
if I won it in a contest I would keep it but would never pay big bucks for it. Too bad.
Why are most shower 🚿 high step ups to get in ????
Although I am a short and so is my husband, I don’t think we would like that motorhome. Things seem awfully crowded and cramped, when I look at something I want to know somebody as big as well as tall as Will fits it comfortably. that way I know if we have guest to Our motorhome they will fit, even if they’re tall.
Best thing to do in NY is leave
I like the floor plan and the Ford Chassis. But “mid-range” coach? No. The finishes look very low-range. I saw a video from a mobile RV tech. He said Fleetwood and Forest River were by far the worst made coaches out there. Even worse than Thor. Wouldn’t touch it.
Not exactly impressed with this one. The boc was nice, the bathroom was nice and the kitchen not bad, but, it seems a little cramped in the cockpit area and theater seats. Pretty uncomfortable when you're going cross-country. ❤
Not a fan of twisty knobs
I would rather they switch the couch/table and put the TV on a televator.
But ugly front cap!
Normally if I do not like an RV on your channel I won't comment. This RV is one of the worst I have ever seen. Fleetwood no no no. Ugly large over cab. No room in the cab area because of the setup. Theater seats should not be there. No countertop space. Like the big shower and NS bed. Maybe remove the dinette and put a rising TV there so you could add countertop space. Love seat and move everything back 3-4 inches to have the cab seats to recline some. Sorry for being mostly n.egative
I was a Ford tech at a couple dealerships a few decades back and although I am still a huge Ford fan and have mainly Ford vehicles myself, I cannot stand the new 7.3 L gasoline engine and I'm tired of everybody acting like it's such a great engine. It's not. Sure, it has a pretty decent amount of power but honestly, the fuel mileage is not anything great at all and anybody that says that they get good fuel mileage lies because when you finally find out how fast they are driving, they're always going 55 miles an hour or 60 MPH and nothing faster so they can get the mid-teens miles per gallons that they are claiming to get.
Nobody drives that slow anymore and nobody has for about three or four decades now. It's completely ridiculous to try and act like you're getting good fuel mileage when you're going 15 to 20 mph slower than everybody else. It's just stupid.
Furthermore, the 7.3 gas engine is going to have problems because they have the variable camshaft phasers which were extremely problematic in the 5.4 L 3 valve engines that Ford came out with. They are not the exact same design but they are very similar in that they do have moving parts for the camshaft phasers so I guarantee you that they are going to fail as time goes on.
Also, it is widely known that their oil pump design is not a very good design as it has a variable oil pump design which is not good. So far, there have not been a lot of reports of failure but again, I guarantee you as people start getting miles on their vehicles, it's just going to be another point of failure.
Also, they're cooling passages around the cylinders for the engine was a very poor design and again it's going to be an issue down the road.
There are also a lot of owners that are having issues with the camshaft delaminating and again, that's going to become an even bigger issue as more miles get put on these vehicles. I know there aren't nearly as many problems right now but that's only because I believe we are in about the fourth year or going on the 4th year of this engine and you probably don't have a lot of people with over 100,000 miles on them yet. But, you're going to start seeing more and more people with issues with them.
Honestly, if you want to find a good RV chassis built by Ford, get one of them that has the 6.8 L V10 version engine and be much happier. If you can, look for one that is 2005 and newer because that's when they came out with the three valve version of the V10 which has more power and a 5-speed automatic transmission. They did eventually come out with a 6-speed automatic transmission in the later years.
The Ford V-10 engine has been tried and true and is extremely reliable and people don't have hardly any issues with them at all. You do have people that complain about the fuel mileage but of course, when it's on a chassis and you got a big RV shell on top of it, you're going to get horrible fuel mileage. There are ways to kind of overcome that a little bit but honestly, the 6.8 L V10 from Ford has been an extremely reliable engine and one of the reasons why is because they do not have variable camshaft phasers and they have stationary sprockets so they don't have moving parts to worry about. About the only issues that are mildly problematic in comparison to some of the other issues that can happen with this newer 7.3 engine that is going to be even more costly is that the older models had issues with the spark plugs blowing out here and there and the exhaust manifold studs rusting and breaking off which caused noises but operationally, the engine itself was actually a very good and very reliable engine.
If you want something that you don't have to worry about a lot of issues with, then look for a Ford RV with their V10 engine. Preferably some of the later models with the 6-speed automatic transmission would be the ideal combination. If you want to get a little bit better power and fuel mileage, just simply look to Five Star Tuning and get a tuner and you will have the same if not more power than the newer 7.3 L gasoline engine but you'll be much happier not having to worry about the issues that the 7.3 L is going to have.
Wow, what a great educating comment. Thanks for posting! 🍻
