Thanks for making this video to help us all out. Couldn't figure this part of the assembly out and the instructions provided no explanation. This worked perfectly.
Well I’ve messing with this thing then I found your video saved me from having to go pick it up from out the yard cause was gonna throw it!! Best you tube video on the internet! 😊
Thanks so much. I had pretty much given up until I found your video. I am generally pretty good at mechanical things and assembling tools and parts. This one had me stumped. Of course, the instructions that came with this otherwise very nice safety helmet were worthless.
Thank you. The last video I watched skipped the visor which was where I was having problems. I only wished you had videoed the process better. Your camera doesn't quite record it.
Great video!! I took a knife and shaved that middle tab off and then it snapped together with some coercion. Only time will tell if that middle tab was of any use.
Instructions don't even include the existence of the visor or its installation. I eventually got it on by doing one side at a time and then had to carefully bend the starting side part out and upwards as it was kind of below the frame lip because of the angle I'd struggled to get the first side to clip in thus wasn't cosmetically perfect. Got there in the end though. Also the visor ratcheting tabs should be pushed almost all the way back through the earmuffs with about 2 of the tabs showing at the back so there's no gap between the shield and helmet.
Did you have the issue of the visor hanging too low in the down postion? Mine has a gap you can see over the top of when its folded down. Is there left and right to the ear muff pieces, maybe that slightly changes the angle downward...??
I still can't figure it out -- your bobbing head and camera don't help. Plus, in the initial step, there is a secondary tab at the very end that you must get into before moving on.
Sorry but video was poorly shot. At the critical moments when positioning and pushing the components together, the sun visor and screen are below/ out of video frame.
I spent way too long on this before I found your video. Thanks
Thanks for the tip, man. I was getting frustrated lol.

Thanks for taking the time to post this. My helmet came with no instructions, it would have taken forever for me to figure this out. Nice work!
The instructions that came with it would not have helped. The helmet is great, the instructions not so much.
Can't say thanks enough. Snapped right in thanks to your instructions.
Once I saw the video, it was about 25 minutes to get visor and face shield on. Thanks a lot
Thanks! You're doing the Lord's work out here 😅. The lack of instructions is mind bending for sure!
Thank you! I was afraid to break it but I forced it a little and it snapped in place!
So grateful I’m not alone! 😅
This needs 100k Likes. Thanks, brother. God bless you, and Merry Christmas.
I was struggling for an hour to put that dang thing on.

Thank you just seeing the visor was right and lifting bottom helped Ty,,
Very helpful I couldn't find out how to put the visor brim on. Thanks for the video! I just subscribed.
Thank you!!!
This saved the day! Thank you. Spent WAY to much time trying hahaha. Good job

Thanks, man! Leave it to the Europeans to provide crappy picture instructions.

Thaaaaaaaaaaaank you!
I need this whole assembly to replace mine, the fingers that hold that piece that fell off on you broke off on mine... Can't seem to find it?
Did you have the issue of the visor hanging too low in the down postion? Mine has a gap you can see over the top of when its folded down. Is there left and right to the ear muff pieces, maybe that slightly changes the angle downward...??
Solve the issue by pushing the visor in closer to the brim of the helmet so that it rests on top of it on the corners
Thank you! Those “instructions” it comes with are embarrassing.

Handy thanks. The instructions are pretty poor with nice pictures that tell you next to nothing
