Angela Kang saved the show. Guess this confirms that Scott Gimple was the reason why the show took several big hits in the overall quality during the previous seasons, considering all it took for the entire show to get better was replacing him as showrunner. These first 2 episodes were better than most of season 7/8.
Aaron is such an underrated character. That speech between himself and Rick was so deep, but I don’t think almost people realize it. Also, what/ who was Eugene looking at when Rosita was talking to Rick?!
I love Aaron and I love how he gets on with most of the other characters, especially Daryl. I'd rather see more of Aaron than any of Rosita or Eugene 😂

As much as I dislike Daryl, he does have a point. Not everyone is willing to fall in line and work together after there's so much bad blood between the Saviors and the other communities. The saviors killed all the men in her community. So Cindy is not entirely unjustified in killing them all. Assuming she’s guilty. The saviors Negan and the saviors committed so many atrocities, that who doesn’t want to kill them all?
I agree with both of you about the Commonwealth being the ones with the helicopter but I think it's maybe the whisperers abducting all the Saviors. The group that was supposed to deliver the ethanol and the 6 that 'left'.
@Shadow I was referring to the ones who obducted the savors, the helicopter is obviously not part of the whisperers. I guess we are going to deal with two different groups :)

Aaronnnnn! This killed me and poor Enid! I don't know how to feel about this new Maggie. Killing Gregory was definitely the right decision but I don't know if I love this new intense Maggie.
Justin was the 7th to go. He knew that person, the show is kinda setting it up to look like that dark haired guy but I wouldn't be surprised to find out that it's Regina. It looked like he was hit with a 'stick' (and she's on a cane) and we know he wouldn't be approaching a kid in this scene, he was definitely addressing an 'adult'.
I don't think it was just a message to Rick, Gregory genuinely had more chances than I would've given him. He was a coward who had chance after chance and still managed to F it all up for himself. I would rather have a psychopath watch my back than a coward, I want to see the knife coming, not be stabbed in the back at the worst possible time (getting me or others killed).

Something i don't understand. When you have to cut someone's limb off, why not knock them unconcious? Just a swift hit to the temple to safe him a lot of pain. Or is that not a good idea in a medical sense?
Yeah a head injury is what I'd want if I was about to have my arm cut off. If a person is conscious you can sometimes stop them going into shock, or reduce the severity of it, while it's possible to do when they're unconscious, it's harder to read the signs unless they go into seizure, if they're awake they can tell you their symptoms.
So Jadis/Anne has ties to the helicopter per the landing pad at the dump and her trying to flag it down when she had Negan tied up but she seemed really concerned when she saw it in this episode... what the hell is that about?
I think it's because the helicopter was so close to the camp! Anne/Jadis doesn't want anyone to know about it. What was surprising to me, towards the end of last season, when Rick was walking towards the junkyard, he saw the helicopter, but he didn't react! If I saw a helicopter 3+ years into the zombie apocalypse, I would be trying to flag it down!
am I the only one who thinks that blonde kid from the kingdom is going around killing saviors like some kind of serial killer and he is the one that just attacked Justin?

For that matter will Darryl and Maggie ease up a little bit, especially Darryl? And of course, what the hell is the deal with the helicopter?
Maggie is so set for revenge she dont see the big picture.they must work together, theres no more time for stupidity.theres the dead and then there's the living.like rick said before if you forget how to keep peoples rights to defend themselves.your no different than negan.but they have to do all there parts.anyway as alwaays love ya guys.
And playing on your theories about how Rick is going out...I think it will come full circle and be Daryl that does it. He's holding so much anger and it just keeps building. He loves Rick( like Rick loved Shane) but I think it's going to explode and everything he's been holding is going to fall on Rick.
As others have said, my bet on the people disappearing is the Whisperers. That or what Maggie did is inspiring vigilante justice kind of like what happened in the Dark Knight. The helicopter thing I don’t get. I’m guessing it’s the Commonwealth, but maybe it’s some new faction that wasn’t in the comics. It wouldn’t be the first time the show introduced a new element like that.
Fantastic episode, this season is on a roll. So fantastic, great job to Angela Kang and co slowly restoring my hype for this show. TBH I could've done with a little less Negan even still LOL
Nice one Maggie. Rick wanted to use the Hilltop for the bridge, she insisted on the Saviors. Then she flip-flops on the food. She locked up the Blacksmith that she needs because...angry. For fuck sake. Maggie is awful!
I don't think it's the whisperers that's killing the saviors or Daryl. I bet it's the Oceanside group. Remember the saviors killed all the men in that group.
I think that was a plane. It seemed to me to be too high up to be a helicopter. Helicopters flash red in the night sky. That seemed white. That was a plane. Which makes me wonder, what exactly do we know about the outside of the US in this TWD world/universe? EDIT: I just watched TWD. Maybe in other stuff like the game, or fear or whatever else they address this. But as far as I can understand/remember from what I seen, it happened in the US, therefor it must have affected at least the land mass of north america and maybe south america. But what if the rest of the world just continues to function like nothing happened and just abandoned North America? That's scary AF.
That would be cool, they find out the rest of the world is unaffected and just going by their day xD But i doubt it, it's too unrealistic. If such a thing really happened there would be massive amounts of rescue mission by the rest of the world. You'd see millitary aircrafts in the sky all the time if that were the case.
There were paintings of Glenn, Hershel, Beth, Sasha, and I'm guessing Maggie's mother and brother on the wall as well.

I'm only on season 5 and I honestly can't stop spoiling it for myself😂
*Steven's eyebrows are always on fleek huntyyy 🤪*
Jadis/Ann got some serious needs. My gosh, guess shes gonna 'lay with Father Gabriel after'? Or during?
Nice one Maggie. Rick wanted to use the Hilltop for the bridge, she insisted on the Saviors. Then she flip-flops on the food. She locked up the Blacksmith that she needs because...angry. For fuck sake. Maggie is awful!
I think it might be The Whisperers at the end...
Maggie is gonna go hang out with the record lady for a season or two
I’m hoping they don’t kill Rick. Like, maybe he gets captured by the helicopter people and taken away or something. Leave it open.....
This episode is intense, But this part of the episode is that negan is back.
I don't think it's the whisperers that's killing the saviors or Daryl. I bet it's the Oceanside group. Remember the saviors killed all the men in that group.
Oh by the way u guys have great reactions really enjoy the vid thanks for what you do
I think that was a plane.
That would be cool, they find out the rest of the world is unaffected and just going by their day xD
But i doubt it, it's too unrealistic. If such a thing really happened there would be massive amounts of rescue mission by the rest of the world. You'd see millitary aircrafts in the sky all the time if that were the case.
In the First Season Jenner mentionned that the French survived the longest.. meaning the whole world collapsed:(.
Loving this season so far and also loving you guys reactions keep up the good work😃
I'm a year late but I feel like Carol said yes only after getting Daryl's opinion. Idk, I felt chemistry between them even before season 10 came out.
love how i can see the new ep here dont get it for a little bit here in australia
