Have been there Marina... i was going through a similar situation with small kids, mother's cancer care, busy office work, house ... now i have taken a break from work. Finding opportunities is becoming hard due to the break, but still i felt i needed a break...

when u ask any question
you should put some conditions , like....
when u ask a question like what u did in the video , in that case particularly your subconscious mind will work with your deep mind to find an answer or a solution for that question that u asked
and in quantum physics we have an endless versions of ourselves , and some of these versions had found the answer in a hard way , others versions found it in the easiest way and the rest of the versions never reached any of the previous versions had reached neither the easiest way nor the hardest
So... to have the easiest way without doing extra ( thinking , efforts , facing problems....etc) , you have to end the question with ( joyful way , Effortless Effort , humbling lovely way......etc ) but i prefer ( effortless effort ) becuase it sums all up in it
and that means that when you ask the question you want your subconscious mind work to find the answer or the solution with the possibilities you had choosed ( effortless effort ..........etc)
and also when you ask any question to yourself that will make your subconscious and deep mind works for your favor , try to open your possibilities and never to define it with a specific way just like i told you in how to end the question
i think if you had some extra time you should watch or read about quantum physics and the human mind , very interesting and maybe this will be the change that will change your life
