I have to say i love the 80 its the most pretty yacht built in the last 5 years! The exterior is stunning and the interior is simple and large but i have a but! That is the saloon seating! It lacks a large u shape seating facing the tv! This vessel easily sleeps 8 guests but 8 guests cannot sit and view the big game or a great favorite movie! And the interior structure does not allow that huge u shape seating it desperately needs! Im sure you could get furniture designed to fullfill that need! Besides that the 80 is the most beautiful vessel of the last 5 years of azimuts history! Its sad you can no longer have one built and the replacement the 25metri has lost the clean simplicity the 80 offers!! Supurb video as always denison im hopeful to purchase in the next few years!! ⚓🛳
How many hours on the engines? Also, curious - does the vessel have a previous owner? It's seems a bit odd to be selling such a magnificent boat after only 1 year. Anyhow, kudos for another fine walk-thru video. No one does them better than Denison!
If I had the money for this vessel I would probably get rid of the crew and convert the crew quarters into a garage to house the tender. Then use the queen sized stateroom as storage so if I have family or friends aboard that have kids the kids can use the twin cabin while their parents are in the VIP.
I can't wait to make an offer on this fine boat! (yeah, right...lol). One thing that I seem to notice a lot is that when portions of the rear boarding areas (cherry, teak etc on most yachts) are wet, the rest of it looks like it needs maintenance, I realize is doesn't of course, however I would hope that I could get a dark enough stain that it always fairly matches the color when wet, I prefer that darker 'wet' look anyway.
The usual slick marketing and camera work from Dennison. This yacht is ideal for fun times around Florida and beyond with its futuristic styling and modern interior. Packed with the latest equipment to make docking easier and entertaining guests . The only minus point in my view is the Sun deck has been made too large and takes away from its sleek styling. I just wish I was in the market for her
This summer I just traded my 80 Azimut in. If it wasn't for the fact that we needed a bigger boat I would have never given my baby up. As nice as my new one is does not compare to Azimut. I looked at the ad and saw that this was taken off of the market. I bet the owners realize what they had and decided to keep it.
4:15 The seating here looks 'superb' (perfect sounds drab referring to a boat like this, lol). There is another azimut model with really deep cushions, not thick but deep, whereby even a 6' + tall person can't use the back cushion with feet plated on the deck, they are forced to sit slouched rearward, which is fine sometimes, but you would want the option to sit up and still have the back cushion support. I assume they did this to keep loungers from sitting up straight, possibly obstructing the captain's view underway. :shrugs:
With all due respect for rhe brand and Denison, I have heard and have seen videos that show Azimut's structural integrity is questionable with many mistakes made during building the process and that their aftermarket service is horrible. What do you say?
I find this boat very ugly from the outside especially from the back with that super wide fly bridge and it looks dated like it's a much older model (not from inside though). Not sure reflective windows are as big a selling point as this guy makes out!!

Yes, this can be the case, and a darker stain can help alleviate the contrast...
