a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sunquick orange juice
227g salted butter
110g caster sugar
4 eggs B
70g all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
70g ground almond
Rind from 2 oranges
Sliced almonds
7X7 inch tray
Bake for 160c for 1 hour
