Not necessarily. If you haven't changed the window settings or run any programs, it will be set to the default, which is generally fine. But if you've changed it for a certain graph, you'll probably want to change it back to the defaults ("ZStandard") next time.
Very helpful video series. My kid is starting high school in the fall, and he's trying to get a head start by finding his was around the Ti-84 Plus CE. Could you please post any updates, perhaps working links to purchase the book?
My y= screen looks different from yours. I have the same calculator, but black. Instead of u(nMin), I get u(1) and u(2), as well as a bunch more variables.

From their Website :) education.ti.com/en/us/products/calculators/graphing-calculators/ti-84-plus-ce/tabs/applications Don't download Transformation Graphing App though, that's gonna create issues when creating more than one graph.
You can disable Transformation Graphing without deleting it from your calculator by going to Y=, moving the cursor to "QUIT" on the screen, and hitting [ENTER], though.
HI SIR HOW CAN I MAKE A SIMPL EPROGRAM TO DO THIS ?? INPUT "VASTPUNT HOOGTE" A INPUT " GEWENSTE HOOGTE" D INPUT " AFLEZING 1" B INPUT " AFLEZING 2" C VIZ= A+B HOOGTE= VIZ-C Z=HOOGTE-D IF Z
A few tidbits and commands that would help: * In TI-BASIC, each variable can only be a single letter (A, B, C, D, V, H, Z in your example). * The Input command looks like Input "TEXT TO PRINT",A (if A is the variable into which you want to store the number). * Instead of V=A+B, assignment is A+B->V (-> is the [STO>] key). * The conditional would like like: If Z
ClrDraw (in the Draw menu, [2nd][PRGM]) will clear any annotations on the graphscreen. Going to the [Y=] menu and clearing all of the equations will also remove any graphed functions.
I will probably get the book. Would like the video to be a little higher resolution.
Thanks, and thanks for the feedback! Let me know if there was anything you weren't quite able to discern that I can clarify.
Did you say that the calculator will give you a distorted graph if you don't make adjustments beforehand?

it is helpful very much appreciated. Thank you!

Which graphing mode are you trying to use, Sequence mode? Is there a small all-caps "QUIT" somewhere on your Y= screen?
KermMartian My screen also looks different. Instead of U(nMin), I get U(0) and U(1)
How can I get U (nMin) ?

How do I reset the graph window to normal?
+David Whitman Hit [ZOOM], go to 6: ZoomStandard, and hit [ENTER]. If you want to go back to Y= (function) mode, go to [MODE] and choose FUNCTION.
I very much appreciate. Thank you so much

So how would I delete the drawings i made?

Thank you good sir!
My pleasure!
