I guess check the fuel for water, used to run a water absorber sock in the tank on my 440. Then check ignition coils, wires. Mine had vforce delta reeds, were the hot setup in the day, but you had to cut the stuffers out of carb boots. Those 34 mm boots are IMPOSSIBLE to find, unique to that sled and expensive. I black siliconed mine when they started getting dry and cracked. And I'm sure you know it's hard on 9 tower clutches. Went through 3 of them from cracking. Took until 2002 for the Polaris patent to expire for AC to build a 6 tower with captive cover. Keep up the content guys!
Zr sounds to me like a weak coil. I believe in your last video the guy ridding it said it started the race good then faded. Coil possibly getting weaker as it gets warm causing one cylinder to act rich.
I would drain the tank and blow it dry. Put new fuel in through a brass filter funnel. Water won't go through it but gas will. Might have got bad fuel with moisture. Water traps I think was a race bulletin on those back in the day. Black Magic used to sell water trap kit for the plug on the bottom of the carbs.
