I want a friend that gives me steak for free all the time lol
Same
I'm usually that friend in my group.
I give tube steak to my friends
I think having a friend that reacts that way with your food helps! hahahahaha!!
@Gabriel red meat is good for you regardless of amount

They will have enough steak for the rest of their life.
Why would he buy a peanuts butter steak.
what is your photo...
I hate this channel, I'm always hungry when I'm here.
Swiftless .B they were flexing on us lmao
We lez do ehh
Haha i'm hungry too
He should have sous vide it in the spicy peanut sauce
But I still love it!
So... butter-aged exists... what about peanutbutter-aged?
I was just thinking that 😂
Ditto
Peanutbutter is not butter
I thought that’s what this was going to be!
Annemiek De Haan thats not what he said dumbass
Do an “all the butters” experiment with peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower, coconut, tahini, and more
Macadamia nut butter FTW
Nice!
It's the logical thing to do
genius! I second this brilliant idea! :)
Yes!!
Me: oh a channel that does steak experiments besides guga
Guga: your wrong

Going to try putting straight up peanut sauce on my next sous vide steak.
My wife thought I was crazy trying the pineapple experiment long ago, now she asks for it to marinade in pineapple every time.
Do garlic, pineapple, soy sauce, and peanut butter
@@davidflippin3860 and ginger
I use pineapple, sprite, garlic, pepper, salt.
Dry age peanut butter experiment maybe? Like the butter dry age, I could see it being amazing :o
Or you dry age with butter and then cover it in peanut butter before sous vide
I was thinking the same thing.
Oh yeah, I would love to see the dry aged in peanut butter experiment.
exactly my thoughts :D, I doubt it would taste good tough...
Definitely dry age in peanut butter. I'd say for at least 45 days
I am Vietnamese. As badly as I wanted to point out that you’re doing things wrong, as a cook myself, I can’t. There are no rules in cooking, if it tastes good then so be it. I respect it. Also I LOVE your channel. Haven’t missed a video. Keep doing what you do Guga, much respect.
@Roderick storey Yeah I agree. I was confused when I see the title as a Vietnamese myself.
If it tastes good its cooked properly, those are the only rules of cooking.
You are ba que
Vietnamese food is getting Americanized. I have a few bastard dishes I make.
Du ma ya I agree
Thank you for loving Vietnamese food ! You guys are amazing !
From Vietnam with love
hello Guga
love from Viet Nam
but we don't usually eat peanut butter in Viet Nam, that's something just the restaurent in foreign country do. In fact, we usually use fish sauce.
Don't worry Guga, the sauce you made is something my mother is making as well and we are 100% Vietnamese.
Can't believe you put more sugar in it though and instead of coconut water and milk we add meat broth for more umami.
Hans Schmidt ya same we use it all the time for goi cuon
huy nguyễn yes my grandma makes it all the time
Red Boat RULES....!!!
@@hansschmidt9706 I would be interested in reading a legitimate recipe or if you could point me to an authentic youtube video?
Vietnamese fan here, I really enjoy this video, keep up good work bro
the best thing about these guys is their love of food and lack of shame for eating lots of good food; it gives me the same vibes as when I see family and they make me eat lots of good food.
i love when he says "so lets do it""
Still waiting for that dry age wagyu A5
Its coming!
Guga is probably waiting as well
@@SousVideEverything DRY AGED WAGYU A5 PICANHA
True... so far never seen him doing dry Age wagyu yet
How many days dry age ?
I love how Guga experiments with food and does not conform to standards. It is the essence of cooking. Excelent as always. 🇵🇪 🇵🇪 🇵🇪
Congratulations on 500k my bro, you guys are awesome
I'm a Vietnamese and i've watch all of yours videos ^^! You should make Wagyu Banh Mi :)
its nice to see you guys enjoy Vietnamese Food and hopefully you will make Vietnamese food 1 day

Oh chào các bạn đang 11 giờ đêm và mình đang đói đây,dù ăn đủ rồi

Hello Vietnamese

You should try dry aging inside a peanut butter coat like you did with the regular butter??
On boy.
@@SousVideEverything Now that I have your attention, you should also do a "Sweet" experiment with something like A in Honey, B in Marshmallow Fluff, and C in Cinnamon Sugar 😅

Nice, looking forward to the peanut butter vs. cashewnut butter, vs. the macadamia butter, vs. the comparison steaks! Big thumbs up!
Guga, your videos are spectacular. The editing, presentation of the food, the cooking styles, and of course the company you share the food with is very entertaining. I watch quite a few different channels for bbq related food and your channel is right up there in my top three. It’s always a pleasure seeing a new video that has uploaded by guga! Keep doing what you’re doing bud.
its insane how much the channel grew over the years :) love you guys
Amazing way to combine Vietnamese and Western style. Nicely done !
Vietnamese-American fan here. Guga you are awesome! I'm going to try this at home.
I'd like to see you experiment with the "season the cutting board" technique.
Why I season my THROAT and not my steak
I love the seasoned cutting board technique.
I like to season a cattle and raise it, to get more flavor
Man i love Adam ragusea
I like to season my TONGUE and then torch my TONGUE and then eat my steak raw.
Oh, I didn't know you have a video related to Vietnamese food :D As a fan of your channels and a Vietnamese, thank you for all the amazing videos
I always love when Guga opens his arms like the Pope when he eats something that amazes him.
I’m not even a chef but I watch these vids because Guga’s voice is so soothing.
Best traditional cooking channel on youtube, he provides the EXACT ingredients and a link to get them so you don't have to search the internet up and down to find the thing you wanna cook. You can expect a like on every video you post. Much love man, keep doing you
You guys should up some sound dampener pad carpet/furniture and stuff in the room you eat in. It would increase the sound quality a lot, especially Everytime Ninja screams DEEEELICIOOOUUUS! It always echoes a bit afterwards and I think some soft surfaces in that room would improve it. Love you guy's videos!
I'd love to see Pho Sous Vide.... so curious how it would turn out. Make sure to sear the veg first!
Might be too hard to make sous vide Pho. Because basically you will need stock first
Commenting here before sous vide everything reaches 500K Subs!! Advance congrats!!
YOU GUYS ARE SENSATIONAL TO WATCH !! Guga, you’re an ace. I love this channel!!!
You guys are so much fun to watch! LOL! Love your attitudes! Keep up the good work
Hell yeah Guga, I'm so glad you appreciate Vietnamese food. Easily one of the best.
Making diamonds with peanut butter
Sous vide everything: hold my back
Every time you say ‘let’s do eh-it’ My toes curl up into a ball..

Love watching these guys !
I’m happy you enjoy Viet food!!! The peanut sauce is sooooo good 😍😍😍
I LOVE HIS REACTION!!!! THE sitting beside you!!! Hahhahahahahaha Now thats a man who knows good food
His reaction reminds me of the anime Food Wars
Your voice is like butter it sounds super wholesome keep up the best meat channel on UA-cam
P.s try a New York strip with a garlic and cheese compound butter
Love how happy he is with peanut butter. I love peanut butter!
The noodle beef and salad bowl towards the end, though, I 100% approve. That's a nice twist having with steak like that. I'd love that.
I love the soup you're talking about one of my favorite and those delicious spring rolls oh my goodness nobody makes a spring roll like they do
from vietnamese with love. i'm a big fan of your channel
I just tried this it was actually pretty good. The flavor was more mild than the salt and pepper. But the meat was crazy soft.
Im definitely going to try this. Thanks for all the amazing videos guga
Now we have to see peanut butter vs. peanut sauce!!!!!
When you said "let dew ehh"😂
Looks so good! The way your friend is holding the chopsticks is unique, I've never seen it done like that.
Thanks bro. My parents home country food is my favourite kind of food. Vietnamese food is the way to go. Its somewhat exotic, and the way you present the dish makes it look beautiful and fresh. Thats why i love it plus the flavour that comes with the food. I learn what i can from my mother. It helps expand my cooking style
Peanut butter and meats always pair nice together. Where have you guys been?
Glad you guys enjoyed it.
The holy trinity of steak, dry-aged wagyu A5 picanha. Waiting bro
I love this channel. Though it makes me hungry each time, I am learning a lot. Question: how long should I sous vide the ribeye steak?
Hahahaha!!!
This guy is great!!! I just subbed!
I thought he was really going to eat the PB he wiped off the steak!!!
BTW I love your setup!!!
I always mix a spoonful of peanutbutter in with ground beef before forming burger patties, it makes the burgers very juicy.
Chris L very ineresting
The way Ninja just reacts to eating the steak makes me so happy. Love these videos!
New viewer. Love your videos. Keep up the good work broski
Good stuff guys, keep it coming!
I think you should have experemented with the peanut sauce too with the sous vide
Good idea... maybe number 2 peanut butter experiment!
yeah it should have been number C
"This is DEEEEEEEEEE *Mau Mau falls over* EEEEEEEE *camera explodes* EEEEEE-licious, bro!!!!" -Ninja
I have never watched any of his videos before but watching this was so fun, during the taste test where the friend started acting up because he loved the peanut butter steak was so cute
I'm at home, making a ribeye steak, but I know for sure, that it'll never be as good as anything Guga makes, I need to get myself a Sous vide for sure! love the videos Guga!
Ninja always cracks me up, such a character haha
LOVE BOTH CHANNELS. Sad to see Guga Foods got more subs then the original, but so happy to see you gaining more subs on either channel!
Not alot of people have a sou vide machine so they only sub here to watch grilling videos.
Don't be sad, its all part of the same family! It's all good!

Great video!
I love how he says “done”
Please do the pho sous vide! I'm curious as to how you'll tackle that recipe.
Damn I love Vietnamese flavor profiles. Made me hungry. Great video once again!
I agree 100%
Try the same thing with plain white Greek yogurt! In Georgia (The country not the state) people use yogurt to tenderize chicken. cover the steak lightly with a yogurt based marinade and cook it in the sous vide. Wipe off any excess yogurt so you don’t get a dairy flavor but it will make it super tender. Probably won’t be as tasty as peanut steak but i bet it will be more tender
6:24 welp....that reaction sold me right there. Gonna have to try to make a pb & steak now
It was so soft the meat fell apart when you were searing it. Crazy
I always love ninja reactions🤣🤣🤣
Guga, as some one who is binging all of your videos and learning so much, you are a guru to the craft, thank you. That said, can we please get some variety on the searing music pleeeease. Much love
Made me think of the peanut butter burger. So good! Guga, you gotta try that my man!
Can we get a gastronomist to explain the interaction between the peanut butter and the beef that makes it as good as Guga explains?
Well perhaps the slow heating process combined with the salt(acidity) in the peanut butter to break down the proteins then the fats from the nut entering the meat ( more fat= more tender) does it.
Il love how he says "lets do it"
LETS DO EHHH
Looking at your face when you fist tried it I thought to myself: "I'm cooking that! TONIGHT!"
That looks amazing and I'm definitely going to cook this meal soon. My favorite is Pistachio crusted chicken so I wonder if different types of nuts would make a flavorful steak?
