you're worse than keemstar. #cringee
Fillespia piss off mate
Beep
To each their own, I guess. He's pretty ok to me. Keemstar is MUCH more cringy and worse than him.
Hes definately not worse than keem
Why all the hate? I don’t see any cringe. It was a good well explained video.
0:30 So basically, New Jersey is to the Slenderverse, what Maine is to Stephen King.
Kind of Alabama too, You know (MH).
Ye
@@nats4823 monster hunter?! better get my 30 foot long sword then!
To emphasize how good Evan is, he played The Rake, too.
Wow, didn't know that!
He did a damn good job on that
I'll be honest, I have no idea what EverymanHybrid is. But I'm still gonna watch this entire thing
I watched 7 hours of someone trying to explain it and even I'm not 100% sure on what it is.
You ok buddy?
Well damn, I suppose I can see why a video of this nature would end up being late. How much research did you have to pour into this thing? Kinda funny how you've gone from reviewing something as shallow and one-note as Jeff the Killer to some huge, multi-faceted ARG/video series.
Take a rest if you need it Fish. No need to burn yourself out on this kind of thing.
I totally remember watching this when it was new. I had no idea wtf was going on and I admittedly still have no idea what's going on, but the most memorable scene was definately the mish mash of houses. Like when I first saw that my mind was fucked and it wad the coolest weirdest creepiest thing Ive seen at the time. Eh thats pretty much all I remember about this series.
The actor who plays Evan/HABIT would seriously make a great Joker
I'm from New Gaysy. And that's true. You can't even take a shit without encountering SlenderMan.
What HABIT do with his perfect host body? It's revealed in the Morse Code videos.
CHAOS.
I (use to) live in nj and trust me this place is SHIT
And so 1 month ago the series ended...
Is it just me, or does Habit act a lot like Beetlejuice?
I personally would wish that there was a conclusion to the series by now . I have to say that I'm impressed by Habit ,but not how edgy and how powerful he is . I can't help but feel bored by OP he is . I agree with Even's acting and the comradery of the trio.
I take it that We're going to look at Tribe Twelve next .
Why do you type like this ? It's really weird. You have to use the proper amounts of spaces within each of your sentences .
well it over now
This comment didn’t age well.
rewatching this video for the 7th time, i still have no idea wtf is up with story
Like he said, watch Nightmind's Explained series.
OH man I remember this series when the rake appear.
Adding in the 19-2000 Gorillaz song eh? Instant sub.
Habits victims mentioned in their blog posts the tall man keeping them alive as Habit tortured them. I'm guessing that's how Evan survived his fight with the Rake.
It's good, and while I understand why some people would think it's the best of the Slender series, it's one of my least favorite. As great as the early stuff, the hidden videos, Evan's acting and the fan participation is, the edginess of Habit and just how grimdark the series is is a huge turnoff. Them rescuing Damsel is where the series stops being consistently good for me, Habit eating the baby is the absolute low point. It has gotten better for me since Jeff died, ironic since he was my favorite of the 3, just because it's gotten way more surreal with its horror instead of just magic slasher nonsense.
That said, I'm glad I watched all of it just for that video where Vinny finds out that all the characters were living in the same house without realizing it, because they are all just characters in fiction. That's amazing, and him stumbling around the house as it shifts is one of my favorite parts of the Slenderverse.
Hoo boy, you'd have been lynched on SlenderNation for daring to speak against Everymanhybrid like that. I'd know, because they lynched me for basically holding the exact same opinion as you.
While I agree that Habit does seem too powerful at times I still think he's an incredible villian. He's a bastard but he's so much fun to watch! Plus Evan's performance just sells it. Kid could be a better Joker than Jared Leto.
It's a horror series. Why would Habit being ''OP'' be a problem?
I feel like an arg would be hella fun to make
I feel like the way they could beat habit is somehow tricking him into getting in a very weak host body (like a baby or something)
Habit would just move on to the next body.
Maybe because of the bad blood between Habit and Slenderman, Good Ol' Slendy will end up killing Habit. But in doing so this means that Vinny is now at SM's complete mercy and something bad will probably happen.
I honestly dropped after Habit became #WELIVEINASOCIETY 2.0
Habit's possession malarkey is certainly the low point of the series. Actin like a damn edgy OP Teenager. His game, challenges, and online stuff is generally solid but the rest is just too dang far for me to be scared. Instead I find myself groaning at how hard they're trying to get him over. No better than "Blank The Killer" stories if you ask me, trying to get you to think he's so evil, powerful, and spooky. And like Fish said, it's too powerful that it removes all narrative tension. Either they lose and that's boring and predictable, or they're gonna need a bs macguffin.
Was super distracted to the Pink Floyd in the background near the end, dont oftenly hear people just throwing in stuff they listen to.
I haven't watched Everyman tbh (I'm just listening to all of your videos at work) so this might not be correct, but isn't what you describe going on with the reboots where everyone forgets what's happened like Higurashi? I don't know if I misinterpreted it, or if it was the way you described it, but it comes across as definitely similar.
That being said, Higurashi and Madoka have a lot more in common than I thought lol.
I cant decide... hiding again XD Another fantastic video! Thank you so much! ^^ My Grandmother is so done with my shit of explaining the slenderverse to her XD
I just discovered this channel randomly. I didn't know you did these vids.
Will you ever make a review for marble hornets?
Nah, New Jersey just smells like weed everywhere you go XD
I just finished the series and holy shit what a journey this was amazing emotion fear comedy drama action man this shit has everything the ending had me crying and I loved every bit of it
And yet of course I find it a great idea that habit ain't a person but an entity that possess people to do bad things
Habit is basically “what if plot cancer was a character “. I’ve seen freaking shonen anime villains that were better written. He’s basically the definition of “boring invincible villain with bullshit powers”. Evan really does manage to sell the role, though. Gotta give credit where it’s due.
Choking that one guy was legitimately funny, though.
Also, didn’t the ending turn out to be “Evan is god” or something equally lame?
The fact that many people fangirl over terribly written characters like these annoys me a little. I cringed hard as fuck in almost every Habit scene
>flips over a table at 34:11 >That's me baybee.
What are your thoughts on the finale?
Evan really is the best thing to happen to this series
Marble hornets wasnt meant to be a arg
Person getting killed: Why are you doing this . Slender man: BECAUSE I’M HUNGRY

I know this video is two years old by now, but I really did love the charming and concise way you summed the series up. Do you think that somewhere down the line, you'll provide us with a follow-up video now that the series seems to be over?
lolrus555 I’ll probably bring it up during the big season finale awards show video. That’s going to be a long ways off which is good because it gives me time to think about the ending because I’m still unsure of how I feel about it completely.
@@FishStickOnAStick perfectly understandable and regardless, I'm pleased to hear this. Honestly, between this and your Tribetwelve review, I found your videos of you reviewing these well known Slender Man series to be incredibly enjoyable. You did a fantastic job summing things up while making the video a blast to watch. I know you have your own content you'd like to focus on, but a part of me hopes you'll cover other web series in a similar format somewhere down the line, like Whispered Faith.
@@FishStickOnAStick Uh, my bad. I just checked your channel and noticed you actually DO have reviews of other horror content. Sorry for sounding redundant ._.
Still recommend giving Whispered Faith a look though!
EDIT: Except you're already well aware. Once again, my bad.
19 2000
:D
Is that I can’t decide in a background?
19 minutes 19 F###ing MINUTES AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGG
Why delete the Marble Hornets review?
*"Community guideline violation"*
I think you can still view it on his patrion.
evan finding out what habit did while in him and screaming is so fucking funny to me and i have no clue why
edit: post rake fight is funny too
First off The Rake is my favourite creepypasta character so I want to know something,Where's my rake series
Check out WhisperedFaith.
The Rake is the antagonist in that series, and it’s a darn good one!
WhisperedFaith
Woah you took your time
Well said! I love your points, I love that you shout out NightMind, and I think this is another great video. I'm always happy to wait for your videos.
:)
A character named Jeff and he gets burned alive sounds familiar...🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Oh yeah I remember Jeff Th......(A fan girl killed this person before he could finish that sentence)
Here is an example of a kinda similar "reincarnation"/timeline jumping kinda thing: "Kagerous Days" / "Mekaku City Actors"
A Manga/Anime where time get's turned back to the beginning of summer once the characters die, with no one remembering a thing. (Without going into spoilers)
The acting and effects in this series are so fucking bad that it makes it virtually impossible to get into. Seriously, it's trash.
Especially Habit, so fucking cringey man
Habit is like a cringey friends bad joker act
