True story was Fischer said the Soviets were afraid to play the sicilian against he didn't say Tal specifically plus Tal and Fischer were friends as was spassky and Fischer
@@Noname12........641 I'm not a fan of any of the new players who learned via chess engines and just memorizing things. They moved here so I move here....etc So no...Magnus is not among my favorites. Hi, where does the footage of Bobby talking about this incident in the middle of a chess lecture comes from? I would love to see that video! I really enjoyed this one too.
@@rajanikotiyal4040 I know he was very skilled, but Tal was at time known to be overly aggressive and sometimes tried to force the issue too much, resulting in more technical players being able to defeat him. Apart from that, even though he excelled in tactics and dynamics, there are players in history that could have beaten him in his style, e.g. Garry Kasparov, Bobby Fischer and others. Again, he was an amazing player, but not the best. At his best, he was probably very close to 2800, or maybe 2800+
I like the way Tal smiles
I yeah, He had charisma
He's got a cheekyness. It's amusing ❤
You can tell by that laugh he didn't do it to insult Bobby, it was all just laughs 😂
HIs eyes
That smile though... Takes me back in time to a time before I was born...Some kind of nostalgia that I cannot explain
“you are a player?”
“yeah.”
“and i am your coach”🥶
Bobby Fischer: **e4**
Mikhail Tal: Okay then. I'll do the Caro K- nope... THE SICILIAN!!!
Indeed that was a funny moment when Tal started his first move with Black. From the 'Caro Kann' to 'Sicilian'.
I'm so glad they had friendship. Both greats of the game ❤
two beautiful players !!!! bring peace
The true story behind was Fischer had said that Tal wouldn't dare to play the sicilian defence against him. And voilà... The rest Is history.

Yes
@@KeithDonovan-cd3eo they became friends after the fall of the soviet union. So don't make stories.
That smile is something... ❤❤❤

Both are geniuses, but one got insane and started to hate chess, and the other won against the best in the world one month before he passed
saying bobby went insane is like saying hamas are terrorist , dont believe the media
If only we fought our wars on a chessboard. In chess you don’t lose, you just learn and get better.
Tal seemed to be such a cool dude
Tal's smile is priceless.
This is a good video, but the background music… seriously 😂
And the background changes threw me off too
Dura partida.gracias y Saludos.
Beautiful 👏👏
he learned from Tal
100 percent
A moment in time

REAL NAME : Karo Kann Defensive
HOW MY SUBTITLES SAY IT : The Cow and Can Defence 💀
Mikhail Tal used to look like Christopher from Sopranos.
Soy Admirador de Fisher, pero la verdad es que Mikhail Tal, ganó la mayoría de partidas jugadas contra Bobby Fischer. ¿Porqué no comentan al respecto?
I miss bobby Fischer. Is there ever going to be anyone that is going to play like him?
His legacy and playing style is lost with his death.
Tal the best chess player in the history 😊
He's not but he was an amazing player
@@chijiokeokorafor6690 he is the best not by elo but by skills even today's gm cannot play like him.

boby fisher beat him later , boby fisher is the best
Mikhail Tal is the king of chess, and boby fisher is only a pawn.
7:08 What if Fischer moved the castle from the left side to d1?
Макс, ты тоже не отставай, английский подучи и кайф тебе будет!
I like Bobby Fischer 🍁
Eso porque eres un chileno proyanqui
Tal was the greatest
