We camped there last year. The reservoir was muddy and had floating scum at the time so not very attractive but still a good COE cg. Florida is deprived of COE cg with the exception of those two near Lake Okeechobee which are intended as float/boat camps. An odd feature of Eastbank is the fact that the time zone changes out in the middle of the river Eastern/Central. My wife's phone never really adjusted, when you went into town you would be jumping back and forth and the phones had a difficult time so to speak. No USCOE projects in the state other than that one that I know of. Other than the Rodman Dam. We are big COE fans with a Federal Geezer/Access pass they are real deals. Getting in on short notice on weekends is difficult as the locals with boats grab all the campsites, from Sunday to Thursday however you can often get a spot.
