We all love you, Tom. This song is special to me because right after my aunt got diagnosed with breast cancer, my cousin got her bad news. Luckily, my cousin is in remission. Sadly, my aunt is still fighting, but she loves your song and we are all praying for her.
Keep up the good music, Bro. My baby wants to be a rapper when he grows up.

When this song dropped I ended up sending it to my mother because she is battling Stage 3A Lung Cancer and to my surprise my mother loved it. My mother is in no way a fan of rap and for her to tell me she loved it and that it helped her in treatments was a surprise to me. Keep doing your reactions I love them.

My wife Kathy passed away from cancer Feb 7th on our 18th anniversary. She was my whole life and soulmate. A friend turned me on to this and another song called Angels by Tom. Those two songs showed me that, through all this pain, that life is still worth living. Thanks guys I loved your reaction. My prayers are that your wife stays in the healing hands of Jesus.
Yesterday was 6 years since my dad died of cancer, he fought it for 5 years. People who are fighting cancer need to push till the end, never give up the good fight.

So, my mother has gone threw cancer 3 times. 3 surgeries, 1 round of radiation. She is a survivor! My mother in law had stomach cancer, now they think its travelled to her lungs. My father in law is having another biopsy to see if he has cancer in his stomach. I will be completely honest, I've really struggled with my faith in God and my beliefs. I was raised catholic, but with my mom going threw all that it blew me away that she held her faith so strong. I've become a follower of your reactions and have been directed to find my faith again and it is such a great feeling. Thank you Pastor Rob, God bless you and your family! Merry Christmas!
My father in law is going through chemo for stomach cancer right now. He recently finished his second round of treatment and will start his third right after Christmas. He has a total of 6. Prayers are always appreciated.

This hit me knowing that my supervisor was diagnosed with cancer recently. It hadn't really sank in until this song what she's gonna go through in this chapter in her life. Made me cry, but I know God's got her and He's walking right next to her.

Uncle Jerry died from cancer in 2008, had a cancer that went from the back of his lugs to the front of his heart. Was blessed that I got say say goodbye the day before he passed. Cancer sucks dude, plain and simply put...

This song from Tom is just another example of how he writes and speaks to people from his heart and soul. He may seem over the top at times but it's his way of trying to wake people up to the truth thru his music. A lot of people on this earth would never take the time to look past the piercings and tattoos to hear the messages like this one that come from his heart and that's a shame. We as a people need to start looking beyond people's color, looks, and flaws to see the good in each other and realize that in the end no matter how much the media and the government try to keep us fighting among ourselves that we are all brothers and sisters. If we don't start standing up for each other then who will. The politicians sure as hell aren't worried about us whether they be republican or democrat. They speak and make promises to gain power and control. Tom speaks from the heart to anyone willing to listen to try to make us all wake up and realize that whether it be cancer, racism, poverty or anything else we have the power to overcome it if we all stand as one. This song is just another example of the depth of the man that's behind the lyrics and the kind of heart he has and the love for all people that he has. My father died of cancer a few years ago. I watched him go from a healthy man down to just a shadow of the man he had been in just six months from being diagnosed with cancer. A song like this makes me feel sad to have lost him but proud at the same time to have watched him fight for every day as hard as he did when he knew it was hopeless. Thanks for such a beautiful message and song Tom.

I am a 7 1/2 yr lung cancer survivor. But after chemotherapy--I consider myself a chemo survivor. He nailed it! One thing I noticed--many of my "friends" disappeared when I told them I had cancer--NEVER abandon your friends!

I lost my cat to bone cancer and this song didn't hit me the first couple of times I heard it
but now listening to it again, I thought about Max and it still hurts losing him

Thank you for doing this reaction! I'm a cancer survivor as well, I went into remission when I was 4 years old and it never came back praise God 🙏🙌! I still have the scars from multiple surgeries and one pretty good size scar on my neck where a tumor was removed.. I had non Hodgkin's lymphoma. Back in the day 37 years ago now, my type of cancer had a 10% survival rate.. not the best.... But God had a purpose for me, I'm still learning what that is, I serve in my church as a parking lot greeter... Anyway, I'm sorry- just wanted to share a bit and say how awesome it is that your wife beat this terrible illness. 🙌 Only God!! We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us!

Loved this reaction. I just heard this song for the first time not long ago and it’s been my favorite since. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 at age 20. Been in remission since my Bone Marrow Transplant in 2012. Prayers for your wife’s continued recovery 🤘🏻

I saw this right after i watched the cancer- twenty one pilots reaction video and just seeing the title change from “cancer patient” to “cancer survivor” made me burst into happy tears

American Cancer Society says there are 1.8 million NEW cases of cancer in the United States ALONE every year. Aflac lists Cancer drugs (not surgeries or scans or appts) @ $100k/year. I believe they have a cure for every type of cancer that exists but they withhold it for profit. I took a Cancer and Massage course, I'm a licensed massage therapist and we do 24hrs every 2 years. I took this course and got pissed. I am so glad she has survived thus far. Healing energy to y'all.
It’s a long road that I almost gave up. Side effects are a true pain. I have stage 2 ductal carcinoma and HER2 and lymph nodes positive. Estrogen and progesterone negative. But the journey is very scary and I know I was so sick for a long time. Just finished my radiation and I’ve been on chemo for a long time and still have to go through December this year. Just praying for anyone that has cancer. God is here with me. I’m thankful he is with me.
Just found out my mom has cancer in one of her lungs and her lymph nodes, and after watching this reaction video for the fourth time and after watching the original video like 10 or 12 times, this time watching your reaction video has helped clear my tears for now after hearing that news last night, this is after the fact of losing my uncle to lung cancer almost 2 years ago who also happens to be my mom's twin brother; your reaction video has helped me deal quite a bit so thank you

Just watched the cancer song video, and I immediately looked for the update. I’m so very happy for you guys. I lost my mom to cancer and my brother in a car accident a few months apart back in 2018. Music has been my guiding force in this life. Playing guitar and making music is all I focused on. God bless you guys

A childhood friend of mine passed this week from cancer at 40, was only diagnosed in August for the first time. Left behind 4 children. Fuck cancer.. its just terrible.

Didn't know your wife had cancer, but I'm so happy for her and your whole family, Rob, that she was a fighter and got to see through to the other side. One of my grandmothers had cancer, years ago as well, and she was also a fighter and was able to see through it to the other side. I want to add that people like them are true inspirations to us all of what it means to truly be a fighter and live to see the end of whatever is thrown our way. My prayers go out to your family hoping your family doesn't have to deal with cancer scares anymore and a very warm and merry Christmas!!!

Im super happy for you guys, she is such a trooper, such a strong woman. You probably do not remember but my sister and your wife got diagnosed within weeks of each other. I love toms music but some songs are heartbreaking to listen to. This is one of them. Grandpa was very special to me. Someone I could actually confide in. I love dad but somethings I couldn’t talk to him about. That wasn’t the case with grandpa. That last talk we had. I hate crying in front of people but I couldn’t help it. I could see the fear in his eyes, the uncertainty. Watching someone who was a true role model to me wasting away...that hurts more than words. Finding out how the hospital & hospice did things...probably best I didn’t find out till after he passed. I haven’t felt much love in my life but grandpa showed everyone in the family love even if he didn’t agree with the road you were on.
Cancer has wreaked havoc in my family. My grandmother had breast cancer, dont remember what stage, and she fought and beat it. My grandad had non hodgkins lymphoma in his throat. Stage three i believe and he kicked its ass. My cousin had lymphoma in her left lung. Stage 3. She fought tooth and nail because shes a single mom of three boys and she beat it. That was three years ago. Last year my grandad's lymphoma came back but this time in his stomach and they got it out in surgery but he was old and it was just too much for his body and he passed away. Its a motherfucker of a disease.

Having both a mom and grandmother who are breast cancer survivors, this really got me choked up. Never been much of a rap fan, but Tom's music has been growing on me recently. Love your ministry and will always support you. Never stop.
