I wanted to install this kit from Boost Mobile on my wife's 07 Tahoe LT, they said it wont work on the LT model, only on the LTZ console lid! Well there isn't any difference from the LT to the LTZ conole lid. So they lost a sale to me and I bought a cheaper one from Crutchfield! Works great!

I just bought one for my 2012 Silverado, took me awhile to pull trigger, I've have many "DIY solutions" but non that didn't take away from a center plug an NONE that I didn't still have to remove mat an phone case (which defeated the purpose IMO) So hope this works as well with my case! I already have the kit for my 03 GMC. Ordered it black Friday weekend. I haven't installed it yet, completely rebuilding front suspension and steering at the moment. Of course rolling on Anthem Instigators too!!! #instigatorlaunchteam member
How many miles are on your truck bro? I am wanting to buy one and I am unsure how many miles are too much for a price range. This local place has a 2012 GMC slt with 189k miles for 25k
JW can you still plug into your USB to use the radio function while this is sitting on the charger? This is usually where I sit my phone when hooked up to USB for radio controls but would love to have this to charge it for quick trip when not hooking up to the radio.
It says on the site that it may not work with a thick case what's a thick case look like for something like the charging pad cause my case has a kick stand and 2 separate pieces for the case itself
Will this work for a 2016 Duramax, and you said it also works with IPhone 8 Plus? Did you loose the rear cigarette lighter power option with this installation?

Contact boost auto but I think it will. And rear cig lighter still works
