  • Ribeye Steak on Charcoal Weber Grill
In this video I will walk you through on how to grill the perfect steak in Charcoal grill! This steak weights 300g and if you spend the money on a good ribeye steak you might know as well how to cook it!
For this recipe I fired up my charcoal grill (Weber one-touch 47 cm) and I set up two fire zones (hot side and cold side). Hot side used for searing, and cold side used to finish the cooking).
Take your stake out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before the cooking. Apply a bit of oil on the steak (oil will work as a binder). Season it with Kosher salt and pepper (feel free to use whatever spices/rub you like the most!). Make sure to cover the whole steak.
When the grates are screaming hot (very high temperature), bathe your steak on clarified butter (make sure bowl is big enough to dip the steak on the butter), and then put the stake on the hot zone of the grill to get it seared. After 1 minute turn it 45 degrees in order to get grill marks. After another minute, flip the stake and repeat the process. After an overall of 4-5 minutes on the hot zone, move the stake to the cold zone and cook it until your desired internal temp.
Once it has reached your desired internal temperature, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest at room temperature for 5-15 minutes.
Now the best part! Cut your steak and leave your plate empty!
