Bmusician is extremely proud to present this solo (Thani Avarthanam) set in Adhi Thalam, by the legendary Morsing Vidwan Kalaimamani Shri R. Raman.
Inheriting the legacy of rhythm from illustrious Gurus Sarvasri Sri.T.R.Harihara Sharma, T.H.’Vikku’ Vinayakram and Sri.T.H. Subash Chandran, Sri.R.Raman has imbibed the skills to be successful performing artiste on his unique instrument. Raman is especially known for his Breath control, Pitch alignment, Clarity and Vocal Accompaniment techniques.
Apart from being a recipient of Tamilnadu Government’s State Award ‘Kalaimamani’, he has also been honored with awards and titles like ‘Shankha Nadha Thilakam’, Asthana Vidwan of Kanchi Mutt, The Maharajapuram Viswantha Iyer Award and Best Artist Award from Madras Music Academy.
We are honored to have such a remarkable Carnatic musician as one of our teaching faculty at Bmusician.
