Another great house review. Personally, my favorite YSL fragrances are Opium and the original Paris. I would love to see the history of Givenchy sometime. I hope being back at work is a good thing for you. It's hard to get back in the old routine again. :).

Really enjoy this series! Chanel, Tom Ford, Hermes, Lanvin, Calvin Klein, Burberry, Givenchy, so many options! Could also do this for niche houses like Diptyque, Acqua Di Parma, Kilian, etc. My favorite YSL is L’Homme. It’s one of my first loves ❤️

Great, again ! I ADORE YSL Perfumes. My favourites: Paris, Yvresse, Rive Gauche. More wearable I find a lot of E Lauder for my everyday life, but YSL is just the BEST for everything else. I know, I am a child of the last century... Thank you, again.

Wonderful video...informational and entertaining! I have to be honest, I don't own any YSL fragrances. I do like some of their fragrances in the Le Vestiaire des Parfums line but the prices are prohibitive.

I’ve only had Opium, which I wore in my early 20’s, in the late 80’s-90’s. Just before your video, I watched another who discussed Sleek Sweet Suede. This sounds delicious, but more for the late fall and winter.

Off topic I wonder if you know the italian house Laboratorio Olfattivo or not. Once please find a shop where they sell them or order online, I am really curious about your opinion. Incredible again 🙂 I love these histories. What a wondeful man he was. Its sad that he was broken, but I guess it's what sometimes creates a wondeful artist. I think I need to watch the film. I love your videos but these are definetly my favourites ❤️ if you ever wanted to do Kilian 😜 i know they aren't very old though. And Clémence you broke my heart 😜 I think Black Opium is in my top three of all time, I do have a big emotional attachment to it but I also love it. I think my other favourite is La Nuit De l'homme L'intense but it's a bit too sweet and floral for some. I've not tried the real Tuxedo yet but the same DNA I've tried has been beautiful. Just received my opium for men on Monday, so classy and different to what is about these days. I know it doesn't last like the older formulations but I'm still glad I have it because it takes me back to my childhood (scent memory is awesome)

Hello Clemence, I am surprised you didn't mention YSL Champagne. I has been discontinued which is very disappointing. Replaced with Yvresse, but apparently not the same. What are your thoughts on that? Thank you.
Oh it's been so so long I didn't try champagne and yvresse to be honest but I remember having positive memories on them

@@mercedesbenzs600bash So it smells like a powdery, berry, rose fragrance to me and it lasts all day (7-8 hrs) on me(after 3 hrs it becomes a skin scent though). That might be because I put oil on my skin.

Rive gauche was one of the first parfums for me. A long long long time ago. I think it was the late seventies. Together with the bodylotion. Jammie. I think i am gonna try Libre also. Thank you.

I just bought a small decant of Kouros to try. It's very strong and as a woman I enjoy wearing it. Just need to go easy on the spray. Total beast mode fragrance 😊

Designer and niche too, do you know what the brand i have the most part of my collection? Yes, its Yves Saint Laurent. I have Tuxedo, collection des vestiaires, La nuit d l Homme, etc.. etc...., by the way Im from Portugal, and i bought in Spain, Rochas Moustache EDP, if you dont tried yet, its a very pleasant clone of Tuxedo.Try it!! My favourite Yves Saint Laurent for men is Opium pour Homme eau de toilette; the edt is beast mode even into the 2012 batches, which is what I own. I do own a vintage eau de parfum decant, as well. Otherwise, my favourite men's scent is l'Homme Ultime. I don't really care for their women's range, but I also haven't smelt very many of them besides the Black Opium series.

Tuxedo by Ysl is a nice one, yet someone can pick Mostache by Rochas which is a fraction of Tuxedo price and at the same time smells 90% similar to Tuxedo, no money waste. What i love from this collection is Caban the one features tropical and bright coconut vibe, and yet to try caftan and 24 rue, they sound unique and interesting.

YSL tuxedo does not smell good. It does not perform well. I tried several times now. This smell like tincher iodine(medicine). I am so glad that I did not buy the whole bottle. Do not buy this. Save 250-300 dollars. There are so many other fragrances that you can use your money for.
