Hi, great video! I was wondering if you could please tell me any info on how the North Reach 2024 flies compared to the Duotone evo SLS? I am interested in which kite would be more stable in the sky, resistant to gusts, less prone to stalling, intuitive to control, less punishing / more user friendly, easiest to learn kite loops, better low end (easier to keep in the sky / less likely to fall out of the sky when the wind drops off a little, and any other factors I might not have considered? Many thanks in advance for any advice you can give me
So with these new tweaks to the 2024 Reach, how would you compare it to the Nexus 3 as you did in June 2022 with the 2023 Reach? Is the new Reach a bit more like the Nexus now? "Better"?
Thanks for the review. Nice one as usual!!! Will do a review to the 2024 North Orbit? Or it is too similar to the 2023 version? Same question regarding the Code 0. Thanks in advance! Best
Working on those reviews now. Both are really nicely upgraded with materials that has the same jump we saw with the Reach. Short story is better control and wind range.
Nice with a triple review. Would love to see a triple on the Reedin Supermodel HFT also. Or a Reach vs Supermodel HFT review. I like to ride little bit of everything but honestly I ride more twintip. Going to buy some new kite soon and it stands between reach or the Supermodel HFT. What’s your thoughts on those two? Pros and cons? Best regards! 🤙🤙
They are really different kites. Short story is Reach is much less aggressive and forgiving. Reedin is way higher performance and punchier power delivery. Redding you will be able to jump higher and has a more abrupt on off power. Reach is smooth and easy power delivery. Both are great kites just very different. Hope this helps and you can call the shop for a more in depth review.
I'm 170 lbs and the boards and gear ridden were the Armstrong WKT137, MA1000, Surf205, Performance 865. Twin Tip was Carved Imperator 7 137cm. Kite surfboard was a FCD Shrike 5'8 in Appletree construction.
There are some for sure, but it also is a reflection of the products we choose to carry and the industry improving. At every show, our team is testing gear out before it even comes to the shop. And, vendors have greatly increased designs and quality. That makes it so if a product is complete junk, we aren't going to be selling it or reviewing it anyway.
@@REALWatersports I think @russkielol is asking for some constructive criticism. This will give consumers insights into the nuances of each kite and help manufactures iterate on future designs.
Will eventually switch to this from Duotone EVO SLS
Did you switch? How does it feel?

What was the wind blowing for the kitefoiling session? How light could you use the 9 in?
North reach or core nexus??
This kite definitely looks like the do-it-all that I am looking for. Looks so fun to use and forgiving
Matt can you give us the weight of the kite alone of this 9m?
6.2 Lbs for the 9m
@@REALWatersports Thank You Matt 🙏🏻❤️
Nice one, probably get a 9 which...
@@globaltb6676 (it's on the heavy side anyway, in particular considering that they are saying is good for wave riding and hydrofoiling)
Nice Review! Can you tell us about the windspeed in each session?

@@REALmattnuzzo thank you for a good answer! Going to try them both before I buy.
you mention kite sizes in the twintip section however do not mention board size and kg of rider :(

Hi Ricky
Do you ever do a review and have negative thoughts about the product 😂 every video has positive feedback.. THEY ALL GOOD LOL.

@@REALWatersports yes I understand. Makes it hard to make a choice bc every product you review is good. How to chose if they all good.
