How is really the wifi (Speed is very important)since you are living in Mombasa and you have experience? I am also looking into renting a nice apartment or a villa.
The apartments are EXTREMELY poorly furnished some don’t even have TVs. This is a place to live not to stay short term and they charge as much as a nicely furnished Airbnb. I had to refurnish the entire apartment. I wouldn’t recommend it for short term
If he’s in Kenya legally that means he pays $2000 per year to be a resident. Obviously one must take that into account which comes to $167 USD per month
