Trying to scare away the competition. A car with a title of destruction can have a rebuilt title. As long as you can prove road worthiness, it can be issued a new title and then all the provisions are lifted and I imagine Houston was told the same thing.
@CGGS_Gaming Well most insurance companies do not cover vehicles on the track. You can prob buy track specific insurance but remember insurance companies always take the situation into account i.e. You are driving faster etc. So to them you are more likely to be involved in an accident which warrants higher premiums
From what I looked into, you can contact the tow company and insurance company that gave the destruction certificate from Florida and convince them to put a salvage title. Then it will be able to go back on the road.
Wouldn’t this be like a flood car a well? I live in KY, and if a car is branded parts only, you can fix it, get it inspected, and register. The catch is that you just can’t register it outside of Kentucky. At least i believe that’s the case. I guarantee someone willing to pay 1M+ has some loophole figured out 🤷🏼♂️

I could see someone buying that for a "cheap Bugatti" track car for sure... but if Bugatti wont sell you parts for it, its kind of pointless. Weird that they wouldn't supply parts if someone wanted to strictly track it...
after a few minutes of 'googling' ..is this true??........." There are a few states that will permit a licensed re-builder to process this type of title branding into a salvage branded title. These vehicles may then be repaired and issued a rebuilt title and then retitled with a salvage title which will show the past damage to the vehicle. However, the vehicle will never be able to be titled back in the state that originally placed the Irreparable brand on the vehicle title"
Maybe. But you'd have to rent it out a lot to see return on investment. And the way movie cars work is that they use a real car (that has to look perfect) for the close-in shots, and they build a bunch of replicas for driving and stunts.
The frenzy is all Houston’s fault, no one really knew about it until he made that video and then every outlet started covering it. If you have a million for a car flip some stock or crypto and buy a new one.

You can prob buy track specific insurance but remember insurance companies always take the situation into account i.e. You are driving faster etc. So to them you are more likely to be involved in an accident which warrants higher premiums
You can rebuild it as a Kit car and re-title and register it.
You just need to save/document all your receipts for the build. I am sure there may be a few more items your state may require.
I can only assume, but I’d say there is someone out there who’s willing to pay that much for a rebuild just to have it sit in their garage.
From what I looked into, you can contact the tow company and insurance company that gave the destruction certificate from Florida and convince them to put a salvage title. Then it will be able to go back on the road.
Nah won't work. Bugatti is to heavily involved and will make sure this car never drives on the road again
Wouldn’t this be like a flood car a well? I live in KY, and if a car is branded parts only, you can fix it, get it inspected, and register. The catch is that you just can’t register it outside of Kentucky. At least i believe that’s the case. I guarantee someone willing to pay 1M+ has some loophole figured out 🤷🏼♂️
That is true Kentucky used to be the state where you can clean Florida CD title.
Farm plates just drive around with sack of chicken feed
Houston is the kind of guy who thinks he's the only person who can afford everything, until he realizes he's not, he's starting a junior school drama. Haha. Come on, just accept your defeat someone can pay more than "350k" for parts only car. Haha. Childish
Clearly you've never met Tavarish then. That man is insane but one of the best content creators ive seen
Did the buggati get relisted because the current bid is now $346,000
This vehicle can easily be registered again. Kentucky accepts Florida’s COD’s and will issue a rebuilt title for the vehicle.
That’s what I was thinking realistically the person buying it would wash it
@@MrInternFTL it’s not even outright title washing, it’s just that Kentucky allows COD’s to be “rebuilt” as if it’s just another salvage title
I could see someone buying that for a "cheap Bugatti" track car for sure... but if Bugatti wont sell you parts for it, its kind of pointless. Weird that they wouldn't supply parts if someone wanted to strictly track it...
Bondo it lol
after a few minutes of 'googling' ..is this true??........." There are a few states that will permit a licensed re-builder to process this type of title branding into a salvage branded title. These vehicles may then be repaired and issued a rebuilt title and then retitled with a salvage title which will show the past damage to the vehicle. However, the vehicle will never be able to be titled back in the state that originally placed the Irreparable brand on the vehicle title"
probably is true, and houston probably knows that and is trying to get it for himself
Not him trynna scare people so he can buy it😂😂
Buy the Chiron and make it an NFT from royalty
I have a vehicle with a certificate of destruction title. (Red title) and I have it registered in Kentucky.
I can see buying it and repainting the fender and doing just enough repairs to get it going and using it in movies. Would that be possible?
Maybe. But you'd have to rent it out a lot to see return on investment. And the way movie cars work is that they use a real car (that has to look perfect) for the close-in shots, and they build a bunch of replicas for driving and stunts.
Long live Royalty Exotics and the king of fixing Bugattis without working for them Houston lol.
💥you could actually turn certificate of destruction title to “rebuild title” if out of state and some 💰
Thanks for the entertainment and knowledge as always gents
The frenzy is all Houston’s fault, no one really knew about it until he made that video and then every outlet started covering it. If you have a million for a car flip some stock or crypto and buy a new one.
How do you feel About doing a power train swap from the Bugatti into, say something like a R8?..
I get Florida put a destructive title but could a different state change it to a salvage title?
No same with salvage if it’s salvage title from Florida it stays salvage or becomes rebuilt depending on the state
I bet you could get a builders title in Kansas
No
@@romantur775 ty
Could all-wise go abroad
Houston trying to keep that bid price low😂😂😂
No point in buying yet everyone is bidding
Best case scenario is that it goes back to Bugatti for a full restoration.
Exactly. . Bugatti should take it back
Houston is so bitter that he can’t get the car for what he wanted.🤣😂🤣😂 first he said he was gonna stop at $345k and now he says $500k 😂🤣😂
The only think that I think that can reasonably happen is someone buys it and makes it a car you can rent on the track and easily make your money back
World's first w16 gokart come on...I'll drive
Do you think Bugatti had Fl issue that certificate of destruction? It runs and starts, and I really dont see anything that suggest structural damage.
Without some form of Bugatti intervention I just dont see why a Certificate of Destruction would be issued here.
May the greatest bidder win 👍🏼
Dude, this information was really helpful. Thanks mate!🍻💯
i had a florida certificate of destruction rs5 and registered it in cali.. just gotta know people but other then that it’s impossible 😂
but then again we talkin bout a chiron and idk if my rs5 compares 🤣
the car been sold too so i had no issues with selling it either
ANOTHER HUGE aspect is that Sacramento people are bidding on this car. just know that rebuilding and registering the car is gonna be easier then anywhere else in the U.S. 😂
How 🤔
@@ramiro51535 how to what part lol
@@enoch.mirzoyan register a destruction paperwork car in cali
@@ramiro51535 ohhh, you just gotta know people who can do it. family been in the auto dismantling industry/literally anything to do with cars since ‘01
export it to Dubai, fix it, get a clean title from dubai, ship it back to the us, register it, problem solved
id buy it and keep it in a penthouse
100 bucks to take a picture in a burnt ass bug!? Straight tripin!!
I love how Houston talks that real shit!!!! He doesn't beat around the bush and tells it how it is!!!!
Houston being sneaky here!
Why are you making multiple vids about this car? Last time you said you wouldn’t pay 350k, or 500k? Your trying to talk people out of buying it lol..it’s so obvious, your bummed out that your not getting this car lol. I know for a fact that this car can be switched in other states back to salvage. It hysterical that you farm out all your jobs and don’t do the work yourself but you know better than all these other bidders that have 40+ years in the biz.
The fender $300K but the hook is just $80K !? Those numbers doesn’t make sense !!
More content please love this channel
Lol, it's currently on just over 1 million and predicted to sell well over 2 million.
You guys forgot the most important thing as to why this will sell for an insane amount.
Rarity of this vehicle is well over its original price, even with a Certificate of destruction. A true unicorn.
Also plenty of millioners can afford to take this on their private race tracks to enjoy it.
It’s hilarious how these two think they have more knowledge than others who have been in the auto body industry for 30+ years hahahah
That and they’re trying to deter others from bidding on it so they can
They are pathetic
Other than Bugatti professionals there is no one that knows more than him. He has built 3 of them so yeah he knows what he's talking about.
@@icepl4net where's your Bugatti? If they are pathetic then why you watch?
@@80wolfmanrob lol sure, has he been buying insurance write offs, repairing and selling them as a business for the last 30 years? I didn’t think so. Money doesn’t mean that you have knowledge in the industry
Never seen Houston this disappointed. All of the best for your future projects.
I think you really want this car baaaad!!!
Should buy it, completely strip the interior and make it as light weight as possible and use for a track day car
I'm done with this channel
It would make a crazy rebodied hot rod. I would love to have this for the drivetrain and build the ultimate restomod.
This car is gaining so much attention that I guarantee it’ll sell. People are saying that they could turn it into a caged dune buggy. The engine runs and drives and already has high miles. Someone will actually use it. Maybe not In the normal fashion, but someone is going to go viral with this car
The $800k bid is me and 467 buddies pooling money together for this sweet whip.
Los Santos Customs and Benny’s Original Motor Works said they’d fix it right up for us.
