Thank you Maria, you are so good at teaching the gospel. I was feeling that I wasn’t feeling the Spirit and you helped me to turn that around thank you so much. ❤
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this and for giving me some added perspective on Mosiah 3:19. I have actually never considered how it helps me to understand the language of revelation in my life, but it really does 👍 Keep sharing and testifying!
Thank you for that you shared. Please remember that the people of the whole world are your audience--with this in mind please instead of saying "the Spirit" please try to refer to the Holy Ghost as the Holy Spirit--because many for many (most) people a spirit is a spooky thing. Instead of saying the D.&C. just say Doctrine and Covenants, this would offer help to people search for truth who are not yet members of the Church. The spirit of Christ is like living in the spirit of what Jesus taught and continues to teach in His Church. But over-all your insight of the needs of youth and others uncertain about their personal testimonies of truth as offered by the power and inspiration of the Holy Spirit is spot on. Thank you again.
John 3:16 god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son whoever belives in him shall not persh but have eternal life god sent his son into the world not tl condemned the world but so the world shall be saved

Add a book to the bible or take away from it god wil not let you enter heaven because you are twisting the truth the holy bible is the word of god not the book of mormon are decived
Ezekiel 37:15-19 15 The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying, 16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: 17 And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand. 18 And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these? 19 Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand. Stick of Judah = the Bible Stick of Joseph/Ephraim = the Book of Mormon
Personal revelation is idolatry, you are breaking the first and second commandment. Two people can have personal revelations about one verse and get 2 completely different meanings. They cant both be true thats impossible, you are trying to change reality in pretending that god has multiple meanings to verses that contradict each other. Its not possible!
So are you saying people can’t have multiple interpretations of things. We can read the same verse and get different meanings from it based on our life experiences. Every person is different and that changes how we perceive things this is not bad god made us each unique and special. We are not meant to be the same, we are not meant to all think the same and that is okay.
@@GamerDad3194 i mean much more literal, like the fact some people get the personal revelation that Jesus is God and others get the revelation that he is not God. Personal revelation on its own is okay but when it gets to the point where you are changing a commandment or teaching that is very clear that God gave to us thats when it becomes a problem, and people take it to that point a lot.
Jospeh smith did not die on the cross for you jesus did following man not god wants you to come to repatance you will perish if you dont leave false teachings
In this, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we worship Him who commenced His infinite Atonement in the Garden of Gethsemane. He was willing to suffer for the sins and weaknesses of each of us, which suffering caused Him “to bleed at every pore.” He was crucified on Calvary’s cross and rose the third day as the first resurrected being of our Heavenly Father’s children. I love Him and testify that He lives! It is He who leads and guides His Church. - President Russell M. Nelson (April 2018)
