Lucina knew what she was doing. This was a time battle so she knew in a time battle that her goal was to get as many kills as possible. She did just that though Sakurai stole the last one. Kill stealing is exactly why I moved away from time and always play stock battles now.

There are too many reasons why shovel knight would work for Smash. Please Nin10dont. Please.
There are so many reasons he wouldn't work in smash. With one reason being that every smash fighter has had deep history with nintendo, wether they wete exclusive or contributed to nintendo's history. Shovel knight is a recent game that's not nintendo exclusive in any way. They are way more deserving characters up for pick than the knight.

Grample Gust with snake, there has been nintendo exclusives with metal gear solid. Street fighter fighter 2 sold through the roof snes. And when nintendo released smash ballot results a while back, they literally said "entries are ranked with the following criteria: popularity, series success, viability as a fighter, contribution to nintendo's history, and licensing." There are way more characters that fit that description way more than shovel knight. Shovel knight not even in japan! Sakurai probably doesn't even know what a shovel knight is.
