Can somebody teach it that the field has already been ploughed once and doesn’t need ploughing again. Better still, do away either the plough completely and Zero-till that field.
That plough is going so shallow. Like 25-30 cm. Give that bot a shorter plough but make it go 50 cm deep. A cultivator could do a similar job to what it's doing

Plowing a not already plowed Field would be a different Story!!

Because it wouldn’t work in a Gras Field with Rocks and Roots !!
