First time I saw Versailles was way back in 2010 or 2011on a televised NHK J-Mello concert. The song 'Red Carpet Day' was my first exposure and I was floored by it.

Great band! I've been a fan of the singer and his old band since around 1997. Hes my age, 48 born in 1975 but is indeed the same singer. We just have all aged but he still looks young all things considered.
There will likely be a live version of this song available soon. It is on their new live DVD which will be released on 26th of June.
And like others said, the singer is the same. He has varied his singing style throughout his career and will also sometimes switch it up for different songs, to avoid getting bored with his own amazing talent I presume :D
Classic Versailles sound. They are my all-time faves, but it's sad that, despite being an immensely virtuosic, very influential and legendary band, they don't get much love here in the States because people can't seem to get over Kamijo's singing for some unknown reason. Live, check out "Rose" or their Neo-Classical instrumental shred fest, "Silent Knight."
Regarding the singer, it's the same one. And has been since the beginning, only the bassist has changed (first bassist died).
But as a fan of the band Yasmine You will always be remembered as an eternal member (R.I.P).

I think the live version of God palace would be a good next one to checkout.
If you check whether the picture and sound quality of the videos are good, why not switch on the camera at the same time to check whether it still records correctly? In this way you can make a reaction directly without first seeing anything from the video outside the reaction and taking away the surprise.

Hi, from Japan you might wanna check out Moi Dix Mois as well, although not as a reaction cause their live recordings aren't the best and they don't have any music videos, but their studio albums are incredible (especially Nocturnal Opera). They mix baroque music and instruments with metal, thrash metal etc. Both of their singers have low vibrating voices.
