Even in my low skillset where I'm at around bloodbath skill level I can name one which goes against that, Acu. Really fun, amazing gameplay, super consistent and very balanced.
Lots of the hardest extremes are fun. But they're so hard that it ruins it. If extremes had gameplay as fun as most hard demons they would all be absolute garbage to play. (That's why levels on the shitty list are fun)
