This honestly feels like it's reached the level where I'm actually more interested owning a non-Transforming figure than the related Masterpiece. It's very aesthetically pleasing.
Not really into yolopark but I wanna get the Optimus and Megs just to recreate that panel

Just thinking about it now. A lot of weathered Transformer toys show flaking paint and paint scratches. So it means that transformers, who are sentient living beings, are covered head to toe with body paint. And it's not just for special occasions. It is effectively how they look on a daily basis. So when a transformer is getting ready to go out, say, to meet their friends for some energon at the bar, do they touch up their paint job? Do they get out their brushes and spray cans, mattes and masking tape (depending on the size of the job), and freshen up? Or if they're more organised, do they get an appointment at a paint shop? How did they get to the hard or impossible to reach places, like on the back? Are single transformers forever stuck with looking great at the front but on the back it's all messy, like single humans who cut their own hair? Do some transformers have faceplates because they just can't be bothered touching up the paint on their faces? I have questions.
Not just the toys, too. Like the high moon games, they also show paint scrapes. Also tfp knockout is always talking about his paint job, he definitely goes to a shop to get his done.
They are sentient robots made out of materials which are close to magic. It's entirely possible that their outer layer - their skin - is just colored naturally and the paint scratches are scars, places where it's been ruptured and then grown back without that color. And like scars, they're probably worn as a badge of experience.
Now I need Yolopark to make Skywarp so I can display Optimus beating Skywarp silly

This is the 3rd most posable official prime. The revoltech beats it by a bit, and the Flame Toys model beats it by a lot.

Megatron is on the way and I have this guy on PO. I have a few from the ROTB line as well. SS Scourge has been in truck mode since I preordered YP Scourge. Cheaper (and looks better) than the DNA kit.

How well do these stay together? I’ve been really into the Threezero MDLX line and honestly I’ve been enjoying them a ton more than most of my actual transforming transformers. If these are solid I wouldn’t mind a more G1 aesthetic as well as the more stylized MDLX figures.
I feel like yolo park should make the optimus prime cybertron mode as a posable figure as we dont know what the vehicle mode looks like (but the robot mode looks nice tho)

This just makes me even more excited for the Upcoming commander class. Idk there is just something about this design that I really love. Whether it's MP44 or Magic Square or Yolopark, the season 2/ 86 movie Optimus Prime design is just really imposing yet charming at the same time, and I love it.

The only thing I hate about some yolopark figures is that they have no ab crunch
The Skybound Optimus was based off the Magic Square light of freedom, if you want a transforming Optimus that resembles the artwork.

I would buy this if the Abcrunch was better, I mean it looks cool but doesn't have anything to offer for MP or Thirdparty MP style owners, Sadge but this a great for everyone
These things are cool but I still don't agree with them being called model kits or compared to Bionicles - Sure, you do have to assemble them, but the vast majority of that work is already done for you and there's also very little intercompatibility between them
You can remove the accessories for the megatron gun mode
You just wake up megatron's effusion canon arm to place optimus prime new arm don't tell me i heard the story

They aren't scaled as far as I'm aware - They're only model kits in name so it's not really surprising

I got megatron.... the only complain I have is putting it back into the box means you gotta disassemble it. Do it few times and the joints are pretty much done. I kept the box and discarded the plastic tray :(

Really like this Prime, the sculpt looks so good. I am, however, a bit disappointed with Megatron. Megatron's proportions look kind of weird, especially next to Prime. His big calves and giant hands throw off the look of the figure.
This but transforming is my hope for SS86 Optimus

The gun megatron probably is for starscream, since why else would prime come with a gun mode megatron? That’s not a thing that he ever does
G1 episode season 2 episode 1 optimus prime uses megatron’s gun mode to shoot down the insecticons.
