Purpose of the FastFlags 🚩
"DFIntDebugFRMQualityLevelOverride"
-The value can be set ranging from 1-10, with 1 being the worst quality, and 10 being the max quality.
-This allows you to set a fixed graphics quality, but allows you to increase the render distance / draw distance.
-By setting the value to lowest, you can crank up the graphics settings and get maximum render distance without enabling high graphics settings! This is useful for low-end gamers like me.
THE FASTFLAGS BELOW ARE NOT REQUIRED, BUT CAN ALSO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE!
"DFFlagDebugRenderForceTechnologyVoxel"
-this fastflag forces the game to use an older version of lightning quality, as the newest one is significantly gpu heavy.
"FIntRenderShadowIntensity"
-By setting the value to 0, you can disable some shadows in game.
-This might not give a significant performance improvement, but for really low end gpus, this is a W.
There are a ton more flags that you can use to improve your FPS! (of course, quality had to be sacrificed)

Did this but the opposite, max quality but lowered render. For Dorset County, as the map is small but detailed and it basically loads it all.

I have my graphics maxed out, yet the render distance is still low
if you're doing the first method, you need to make sure file name extensions is on. To do this, go to the view tab > show > file name extensions , then redo the method again.
If you're doing the bloxstrap method then it should work properly

on a lot games voxel flag will make you crash especially if you use it with vulkan/opengl api

both method are the exact method in two different way, if 1 work the other one will work too

first and second method is the same method but in 2 different ways. i knew this DFIntDebugFRMQualityLevelOverride would keep graphic quality on 1 and render distance to your prefer choice but for me don't work (i don't know if it work only with some games or it is patched).

did it with blox strap nothing happened all it did was lower my graphics and that was about it

I don't understand method 2 do I import them as Json or put single also when I try going on it. It just says "Roblox is currently running"
Make sure you do the steps before starting roblox. if you have closed it and it still says it's running, you can right click your task bar > click task manager > find Roblox > right click and end task it. After that you can try again
I have a question, are there any way to make the light move along with the car in some games? I noticed this feature only works at max graphics setting, and everytime I play a game that involves cars the light always get left out at high speeds.
yea it's a problem with me too, the solution currently is to set the flag value to 4 or above (or 9 or above if using the 1-21 graphics slider)
We want this in mobile too.
every time i try to edit the json file after launching roblox it resets the file content to its last parameters
if you dont know why is because you need to exit first to edit

After doing the steps, you can just set the roblox graphics quality to maximum, and you will get the max render distance, without turning on the quality effects!

instead of setting the value to 1, you can try setting it higher to 4-6 something like that and try it yourself! if the graphics are still not great, try increasing it again, it should work
Just wondering for Method 2, you put in DFFlagDebugRenderForceTechnologyVoxel instead of the one you posted in the description (FFlagDisablePostFx), why aren't they the same?

The first fastflag, 'DFFlagDebugRenderForceTechnologyVoxel,' is the only fastflag necessary to enable far render distance without increasing graphics quality. It overrides the graphics quality to 1, which means the postFX flag wasn't required initially, as it only turns on at level 7 and above.
While the other fflags aren't required, they can improve performance by disabling effects.
setting 'DFFlagDebugRenderForceTechnologyVoxel' to true uses an older version of lightning quality, which can also improve performance

Did you mean the graphics quality? If yes, then that's exactly what it is supposed to do. It sets your graphics quality to 1, so you can have maximum render distance!

on the file explorer, go to View > Show > File name extensions, then change the .txt to .json
if the file explorer gives you a warning, you're doing it correctly

you can modify the textures using bloxstrap ! Just go to the bloxstrap mods folder, and replace the files as you would on regular roblox!

what does preserving rendering quality with display scaling mean?
when you're on a laptop or on a display with the display scaling set above 100% (125 or 150% for example), roblox will sometimes reduce the rendering quality, and this option disables that and allows you to render at the default quality
I have a problem. Ive been playing jailbreak and other games but theirs something wrong. The textures arent rendering properly and some parts in my car are missing and some terrains doesnt render properly too. Please help me
It's not happening to me, but you can try copying your .json file to somewhere else, and try removing one by one flags to see if it resolves the problem. you can join the bloxstrap discord server to see if anyone has a similar issue!

if you're only using the 3 flags shown on the video, then it will only change the way roblox renders, and it shouldn't change your internet settings.
if you want to revert anytime, you can go back to the roblox file location and delete the client settings folder

can you explain what you mean? bloxstrap has it's own built in fps cap, which you can set a custom limit you want, therefore you don't need to use the classic roblox fps unlocker anymore

I don't have a Mac or anything like it, so I'm not sure how it works. But usually, the game files are in a similar format. You can try finding the game location and adding the "ClientSettings" folder, but I can't guarantee it'll work.

you need to go to the mods menu in bloxstrap, then you need to put your own cursor image there, I'll give you my cursor in a moment.

here is the link to the cursors, to apply them, open bloxstrap, go to mods, open mods folder. Then go to content > textures > cursors > KeyboardMouse, and paste the images there, if one or more folders are missing, you can create them accordingly

If you're asking whether we can use both methods at the same time, the answer is yes and no.
If you're using the second method, which is Bloxstrap, it automatically applies the .json flag to Roblox. The only difference is that the flag stays there and isn't removed when Roblox updates.
A lot of users fear that Bloxstrap might have a virus or malware, though it is open-source and has no viruses, so I provided the first method to do it manually.
