Spark charge obliterate your mana to spawn too much meteor with cast on crit. Ice barrage is a big 60% burst multiplier for cold damage that we have room to fit without Meteor.
@@jarag23 That's true, but also the mastery bonus of +50 flat base mana and easy damage increase based on mana spent are pretty good for mana-stacking compared to what Runemaster has to offer right now.

I'm at 100 corruption and I have 1k mana, so is the build in this video better or is the 1k corrupt build with meteor better?

What is with runemaster?
Runemaster fell off with 1.1 due to the number of nerfs to his ward generation as well as damage scaling.
Take a look at 2nd half on Sorc you will notice alot Crit Mutilplier and spell dmg stacking on top of each other . bonus mana and CD
