Britney on the soundtrack was the best out of this show. The looks weren’t bad but they were kinda a mix of Alessandro’s work, Demna’s Balenciaga and Raf Simons’s Dior…a little all over the place, the bags were really nice tho.
They just reintroduced bags from the era of Tom ford 😏...the all bags were designed by TF during his tenure in GG but after some time bags were discontinued.... they were hugely popular back in that time but after resuffling of CD (designer) the bag went down.......nd now what they are doing just reintroducing bags this show their creativity is so low leveled ....they are just trying to bring back that trend for money offc. I wish they had designed something of their own :/
I actually loved the collection. Seems cohesive, weareable and luxurious. I'd add a little razzle dazzle on shoes and accesories, and pick some supermodels to light up the whole new experience, like the good ole Gucci days strutting down the runway. This life less models seem very Alessandro. Overall amazing job.

@@boredangel5788 I don't think so. Fashion show like these have been evolved to an era when they do not focus on 'wearable' anymore, but rather the concepts, the vibe, the brand's image. Of course it can be both, but It's more of artistic values. I enjoy watching creative things (especially weird ones), which is why Alessandro's shows intrigues me a lot.

Ok that was better than men’s fw23 trashion, I mean, fashion show but it still lacks any originality or direction. And now that I’ve seen about a dozen ppl come out at the end who are responsible for this jumble of clothes, I get why it’s so characterless and all over the place. I hope the new creative director has some good strong direction to resuscitate Gucci again because all that remains of this women’s fw23 is that Gucci has a new baguette bag (like Fendi), Gucci does indeed continue to make eyewear, Tom Ford and Michele were the best eras of Gucci so much that Gucci without a director simply scrapped some clothes from their archives from these eras to put together a whole show, and the monotonous background music from Britney Spears’ “I’m a Slave 4 U”.
I can't comment on the fashion. You have probably forgotten more about fashion whilst your reading this than I have ever known. But the production work on the video was amazing. Being me I would love them to do some separate more targeted video about different aspects of the event but the main corporate video for Gucci was stunning

I assume it is a University somewhere but what an absolutely gorgeous setting Thank you to the awesome team who put this together. You are on my feed stream but yet again I only find out about the event by one of your adverts. Being a geek & an advent organiser I really wish you had a behind the scenes & hot washes of the Swan swimming (if you have ever done Event management, you would understand). How long was your prep time for the event. I assume the group who came out at the end were the event team?? Seriously huge congratulations to everyone and especially everyone involved in post. And finally thank you to all the people who came, I know nothing about fashion or the fashion industry itself but getting to see all this art, all the time people had taken to think about their presentation. I truly hope the audience were having as good a time as they appeared to be. To the Gucci team thank you for allowing me to see all these wonderful occasions.

I love the skycam, there is always something about the rostrum look. If this wasn't a live stream we're you doing an HDR grade? Given the size of the space how & with what we're you micing it?
