There are many ways to cook the oysters. Try baking the oysters with butter, herbs or Mozella cheese, pepper, bacon bits. Easily avail from website. Very delicious and nice fragrance. Can consider oyster party in various cooking methods. Since oyster, prawns, crabs easily avail and no cost to buy, can consider changing this Christmas family dining into a seafood type instead of traditional meaty ... Can save alot of costs ... Good luck :D
Maybe next time fried oysters with tapioca flour and eggs. Most importantly the tapioca flour must be fried till it has that crunchy taste. Dun forget the fish sauce also. Especially those from Vietnam. Fish sauce fried with the oyster level up the taste. Just saying.
