Yes I will! I read this comment a few days ago and thought it said 'can you film how to go from a tucked to an advanced tuck', so I filmed the content for that today only to realise that (1) that's the wrong video and (2) I've already made that tutorial! LOL FFS. I will film this advanced tuck > one leg front lever tutorial next week
@@AshtonFitnessis all good man I’m excited to see your video once you get the video up your video help me progress from tuck front lever to advance tuck front lever pretty good when doing the L front lever hold
Thanks for the kind words and thanks for being a long time subscriber! Yeah sure, I will. Do you want it from my perspective ("here's what I do every week")? Or do you want it from a "Here's how to structure YOUR workout week"?
I can answer this here. People normally train for either strength or endurance. They rarely train for both. However, that doesn't mean it's impossible. If you train for endurance, you will naturally become stronger. But it depends on why you want to build strength. Do you want to build strength to learn advanced calisthenics skills? If yes, then doing hundreds of reps won't help you (I mean, it will a TINY bit but training specific progressions is more beneficial). Do you want to build strength to do weighted calisthenics? Training for endurance by doing hundreds of reps might give you a head start, but it's better to do specific weighted calisthenics strength training. So it depends on what you want to achieve.
First,pin, imma do 50 a day
Can you post a video of a progression how to go from advance tuck front lever to the one leg front lever ?
