Utd haven't been a real force in the Premier League for well over a decade but what doesn't " stack up " is the media's obsession with hounding the Club Players and Manager , in his first season with Utd Erik surpassed the first Seasons of Busby Shankly Ferguson Klopp and Guardiola yet the media is CONSTANTLY on his and Utd's back . Utd have been beset with an unbelievable amount of injuries this Season culminating with the injury to McTominay against Burnley , most of these injuries have been to the defence which has destroyed Utd's backbone for much of the campaign and contributed to the sporadic results . Erik is taking us to our third final in two Seasons yet still the media ( and the worst Utd fan in history Gary Neville ) stick the boot into Erik , too many fans have forgotten that Supporting means you back your Club and Players and Manager through both the good and bad , it took Sir Alex nearly four and a half years to win his first Trophy at Utd and it's a good job the Board took no notice of the " Fergie OUT " banners and they should resist the clamour to sack Erick now .

Having to play Casemiro at centre half is bollox and showed in the first 20 secs and with his ridiculous header that led to the penalty. ETH can't be judged solely on this year with the injuries and Rasford's implosion. Get this season out of the way and regroup next season. De Zerbi's Brighton are now in the bottom half and fading badly, arguably to worse than when Potter was there.

league season is a write-off. cup final is a nice thing. new owners and new execs need to decide how to proceed. eth makes decisions i don't understand from the outside, but he's also dealing with a destroyed team. if they don't cut losses on a large amount of dead wood in summer, a new manager won't stand a chance either. a transformation will take 2-3 years.

I have been backing ETH but keep taking mainoo which is our main play maker leaving Ericsson on. We don't seem to have any patterns of play our wingers don't feed our striker

We’re just a roll coaster my heart can’t take it. Jay some of these decisions man have been so unfortunate to not get, not asking for them all but consistency league wise is non existent …
They need to be more clear on what a natural arm position is. No longer do you see defenders with their hands behind there back anymore because they’re not scared about putting the ref on the spot cause we have VAR now. They should make it the old hand ball rule, it would add more goals and excitement back to the league. It almost seems as if you can stick an arm out now while jumping and if your arms are “close enough” to your body it doesn’t matter if it touches any part of your arm. Why not introduce a manager challenge or something along those lines, you have one a game and get an extra one if your first challenge is correct. It would speed up the games if a replay is needed because we’re not going to VAR every 5 seconds for everything and also add a strategic element to the games with the challenge system. VAR has been a shit show to put it nicely.
Every game is a struggle - we can’t control games and kick into cruise control - this leads to frantic game after frantic game - entertaining but leads to all our injury woes

INEOS enact that change, they are on a ticker where the fans will judge the next manager, and their ability to run the club. If the next manager doesn't work, the blame is squarely on INEOS. The fans who wanted Qatar in will state that they made a mistake offering themselves, and it would be as toxic as it's ever been. Let the structure get put in place, and running, and make a decision on Ten Hag in 2025, and you can say whether to continue his contract or let him go.

If the new board knows what they are doing.. They will not suck THG because that will be taking ten steps back... The guy came to United and find the club in very bad state financially and even the players were not up to the standard now he had to try and depend on loans and having to deal with players attitude and egos... Now first season he performed miracles with those players and in second season when other clubs were recruiting and strengthening their squad.. United only had to by three players... A young striker in Hojlund, Mount and of course he made a huge mistake on Mount and a Goal keeper but I know they were trying to at least correct what they did before when coming to big contracts though the De Gea issue was not a priority but financially it makes sense why didn't give a new contract... And they bought Onana and where I'm standing he is not a bad addition unfortunately the back line is not good enough and he also made mistakes... But then say the coach is not good enough, is very disappointing from our fans... The guy is going to have a football people around him now people who will help him out when coming to bringing in players for a specific style of play and then he'll implement his style and structure of the team will be seen but I guess you guys want a quick fix

In reality the players have already checked out for the season and the numbers will be reinforced by those hoping to play for their respective European country in the upcoming euros. We have no hope of qualifying for Europe unless we win the FA Cup and this is currently a massive uphill battle. I am seriously worried that records will be broken as city have the potential to put 10+ goals past us. The defining point of this year’s season will ultimately depend on what happens that day. We need to win and then clear out the millstones that have been hanging around the clubs neck for years.

Over 90 % of United players are international players. Then why is this team doing so bad. I think the problem is the management.
What percentage of those internationals are fit? Even Mactomannay, Mount and Amrabat, who are on the bench are suffering with injuries. Shaw, Malacia, Evans, Martinez, Lindelof, Varane, Rashford just to name a few not available for selection for long periods this season. The last 3 games alone the back 4 has consisted of 1 CB, a CDM and 2 RBs that's only 2 players playing in there natural positions, Casemiro even if he's had a strange season being used as a CB means we don't have a natural CDM playing.
I wish I was good, editing, videos, etc. because every penalty we’ve had since beating Liverpool has been soft and arguably should not have been given and in that same time period. We have had the exact same decision the one against Liverpool, not given for us. I would love somebody to short clip of every decision against Manchester Unitedand the ones that weren’t given for Manchester United because nobody’s talking about this enough I wouldn’t even say it appears weird but in the last 10 games we have given away about seven penalties and all of them are in the last 15 minutes that is not normal, especially when we’re not getting the ones we deserve on the counter Balance

Not a United fan but you need a fresh start top to bottom, City just didn’t land Pep straight away they built the football leadership structure first then started recruiting towards him before he arrived and signed the manager to start the adapting process with Pellegrini. I’m sure Wilcox/Ashworth will have an idea of the football they want United to play, if ETH can’t get the team to play it then its time to get someone who can but it might be the guy before the perfect guy for them.

Sacking him doesn’t solve the real issue, and that’s the players and their work ethic. Has ETH been perfect? No, but you can’t tell me that injuries and a toxic dressing room haven’t influenced this season more than him.
I think the Europa conference league will be a lot of fun to be fair. Play a bunch of weird teams that we have likely never faced and will never face again.

The signs are there when he has a fully fit defence his style is playing high attacking football with his CB's playing at the half way line but with the players we have Martinez aside we can't do it when United are hit on the counter and we have casimero maguire and Evans being the last men back they haven't got the legs to get back
