NOTE TO VIEWERS: An update went out today (September 27, 2022) that has reduced the payout for Goldeneye Ducks. They no longer pay $1000 a duck and now pay around $300-400 a duck sadly... You can still make cash by doing this method. It will just take longer...
One helpful tip for getting setup: since the update, all waterfowl species will tend to land facing into the wind. So when the ducks or geese are circling, keep the wind at your back and you'll be facing them head-on.

Yes! I was just about to actually give this suggestion! It's a amazing way! I actually combine the goldeneye, bean geese, widgen, and canada geese decoys. I also set up at the lake exactly next to the first outpost you unlock. (Revontuli Leri i believe)

How bad is the hunting pressure in this area? Grate video by the way! and on the island southeast there's a lot of goldeneye the fly past a pond.
Thanks so much! If the hunting pressure gets to be too much, I jump to another setup. That's why I have a few!
Not only do you rake in the cash, but it's also a good way to level up early to mid game🙂
Great stuff! I've never bird hunted but that may change. Oddly, really the only animals I hunt are predators and the odd Moose buck or water buffalo. Fantastic content as always!

the waterfowl are Great to hunt and hard to hit... I only shoot while they are in the air like IRL. I don't know any respecting Duck/Goose hunter that shoots when they are on land/water, but that's your call!

Hey lady legend another tip, that same lake with the tufted and goldeneye ducks, it also has alot of brown bear, moose, hazel grouse, white tail and Eurasia link drinking spots on the same lake, lake to the right of syvanne lake it has a tree stand, I also got another goldeneye with 1196.4, so definitely great spot to try hunting diamond golden eyes
I have heard that the original deluxe duck caller (for mallards) works for Goldeneyes as well. I haven't had a chance to test it out, but might be worth trying

I've only crashed a couple times. I'm hearing the crashing is worse on console. I know EW is trying to get hot fixes out asap!

Thanks so much for this video. Not only did I get enough cash to buy the 7mm, but I discovered it was a good tactic to increase my handgun XP. And as an added bonus, after 131 hours in this game, I got my very first diamond while shooting ducks with a handgun!

do all ducks work like this? Does hunting pressure stop them comming in, is that why you have multiple setups?
The hunting blind reduces pressure. I was still getting them in but if you do find that the pressure becomes an issue, there are other locations you can rotate to

I tried that worh Canada Geese but they got stuck at the one lake and couldn't get them back, so I had to restart...again

Yes they're great! I love the 308 and the zarza 223 is great for raccoon dogs, raccoons, foxes & coyotes
This might be a very stupid question, but how do I get the other decoys and calls? They aren’t showing up in my shop. My friend has the duck DLC but only has two decoys. How do we get the other ones?
They should come with the map. They should be there.

hey lady! question hgave you ntocied that when you shoot in a zone with etc 4 deers and then reset time the its only a 3 zone..no replacements at all?
The zones will fluctuate. When it gets a respawn, it'll go back up.

Yes but the great one is slowing me down lol. I will be doing all new super guides but it will be a few weeks. I need to put out update videos for every map first and I need to learn the map better. The great one grind is slowing me down big time lol

How many ducks can you shoot before that area of the map is too pink or hunt anymore?
The hunting pressure shouldn’t be too much of a problem but if it is, the answer would be 16 from a blind

To find great ones, for example a red deer, I need to just go to places where, for example, they drink water and count on luck?
If you're looking for an initial spawn. You can set up and grind for one. I have many videos on how to do that if you're interested with zone locations
Off topic but I can’t find how may zones there is for white tail because I am trying to start my grind
I don't know the numbers yet since the update but I'm hearing that revontuli has about mid-60s for whitetail zones.

Not every species has a caller. It's kind of a run around map and shoot everything you see. I spook birds and shoot them out of the sky a lot! Geese you can setup decoys and sit in a blind. Bottom island is a good spot on the right side!

I literally just looked up how to make money fast in the game like an hour ago. What great timing. Unfortunately, I do not have Revontuli Coast so do you have any other suggestions to make money fast? I've been hunting Turkeys on Silver Ridge Peaks and it's not nearly as fast as I hoped.
Go to SRP and shoot EVERYTHING!
Prong horn is good if u have air rifle, and mountain lion is a great money making way, u can also set up for mallards if h have the duck and cover dlc, really just walking around and killing every thing is good on that map

@@goonitup6588 I literally just got done playing on it with a friend who does own it. I only played it for about half an hour though (we kept switching maps). It was fun, but I would need some more time on it before I decide to actually buy it.
I just tried it and it works. Not the same as geese on Hirschfelden used to be but ok.

Before update geese 👍 on Hirschfelden were fun! Now ducks 👎 on Revontuli are just a mechanical grind and very little fun if at all.

You can just purchase it once you buy the dlc. Weapons that comes with the map aren't locked. But they always cost some cash

Although me being a Real Life Duck/Goose Hunter, My group almost never shoots them on the water. I get it this is a video game and CASH is definitely hard to accumulate.
I was wondering if you would try something out for me on your own game and if you feel like making a video great if not you could just respond. I have chosen to TRUE hunt on my character. That means obeying general hunting laws. Like Bag limits and ZERO night hunting. Also i NEVER set the clock BACKWARDS always Forward to move the day ahead. I dont know if that makes a difference but it sure seems like it does to me. Im on PS4 btw and the zones are NOT the same as PC if you were wondering.

Thanks for putting this out there! I knew this from hunting all waterfowl. It is an insane way to make cash! Also do you know the best spot for hunting tufted duck on the map? I’ve gotten a dime black grouse, and 3 dime whitetail on revontuli already! Love it!
Lots of tufted by the spot I showed in this vid (the spot not in the bottom right but above there) is great, also that bottom island has lots of them! Pretty great right!?!

I have an easier way, if you just go to te awaroa and grind red deer. Each male deer should net you 1300 to 1500 and there are a lot of them.

They changed the ducks so they don't pay a lot like they used to. There's a note on the video and I've marked it as outdated in the title. Just have to kill more of them
Does hunting pressure affect this?
Hunting from the blind reduces hunting pressure and they were still coming in for me with the pressure. But it's good to have a few locations so that you can jump around if the pressure does become an issue.

Every species is different

Maybe you need a better wind. Try setting up somewhere else
I'm new to bird hunting in the game and I got it all wrong, I thought you had to shoot them in the air, been using ten gauge bird shot and it's working well but I'll definitely shoot them on the water now, much easier

Hi there Lady Legend ☺️ Today I've finally reached southern territory of Revontuli reserve. What a beautiful place it is. Hunting those ducks ain't easy no more 😅 And that's a good thing. I hate Caciatore even more. It's garbage. Those 3 shot shotguns from duck DLS do the job though 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Anyway, I wanted to ask you if you have noticed that your nifty trick with placing bigger trophies on small trophies displays won't work anymore? Have they patched it? I didn't work for me yesterday 😔

i have a tipp, it looks like that your mouse sensitivity is maybe a bit to high. it is possible that im wrong but you could try to lower it and i could imagine that you aiming gets even better 🙂

If I set up tents on the other side of the lake to collect kills and shoot bigger stags speed up my red deer GO grind some, cus I feel like it takes forever to walk to collect the kills than it does to just shoot them

They need to add decoys to base game because I find it very hard to hunt Canadian geese on the second base game reservation and yet you're shotgun cannot even reach up that far in the sky they will not land I have yet to kill one goose yet and second of all how are we supposed to take an animal with class 1 ammunition when there's no class 1 ammunition in the game other than a shotgun with birdshot like how am I supposed to hit a coyote that's like 80 to 90 yards away and the only way to kill it with the class ammo is spend money on a DLC

don't wear a backpack, spot everything, know your diamond trophy ratings, spot everything, cover a lot of ground

Hey lady legend I found two great spots one for geese it's in lake syvanne on the right of meikalaisen mokki outpost, half a mile to the right of that lake is another lake that has a hunting stand, it has a feeding spot for goldeneye and tufted ducks from 17:30 to 20:00 for tufted and 17:30 to 19:30 for goldeneye, I was at 1198.9 score for golden eye so might be a good spot for diamonds for goldeneye, the location is -10158.236, 8392.793
