80 gps ? max top speed is gps 85-87 mph in good weather it could ride 80 mph but in bad not i quees average cruising gps speed for dt 300 is around gps 70 mph maybe 75 mph so yea on tacho it could hold on 80 mph probably ;) i usualy to establish average in diffrent weather max cruise speed subtract aroudn 20% from top speed that gives cruise speed which not acheive to much engine destruction on very long distance and is attainabale in even very bad weather but yea its depend on weather in most so in very good real gps 80 mph is posssible for dt 300 in very bad not ;) top sped is gps 85-87 mph .
it have 23 horse power on wheel and average aerodynamic with aerodynamic like s1000rr it could achieve around 98 gps mph top speed and around 80-85 mph cruise speed withoout to much engine wear its also depend how you setup cvt .
