Signal Centers, Inc. is a community based 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1957. Our mission is to strengthen children, adults and families through services focusing on disabilities, early childhood education and self-sufficiency. Signal Centers has been providing services to the Chattanooga Community for more than 60 years.
