      They don't want to kick out all people, only those who work hard and pay taxes. Only around 40 % pay taxes here . Most of them work illegal in restaurants or get money from Government. But if you talk about doctors , blind can see that they are working and paying taxes.

    the problem is that germans don't want to work.That's my experience after working as an immigrant in the medical field as a doctor for 8 years. The new generation, exept few, can't handle pressure. They just seek jobs where work is less and pay is more. The same happened with USA, so that they had to rely on doctors from india, china, and Mexico etc. now same is happening with germany.

    • @3yearago
      @3yearago 3 дні тому

      Yes Sir you are Right. That's the only field in Germany. But look at the other 90 % . Less than half of the Syrien people in Germany don't pay taxes, either they work in their Cousins Restaurant illegal or Get money from Jobcenter.
      Also thinks overall, what Syrien contributes in Germany, except Health Care.

      My opinion is the USA facts are different. In the USA, the American Medical Association (AMA) exercises a lot of political power. It seeks to restrict medical school admissions and has engineered the closure of medical schools in order to reduce the number of physicians. Why? It's a matter of supply and demand. Higher incomes for physicians. Of course, the AMA's argument is it's actually advocating for higher quality physicians etc. However, the AMA can't control the number of people who come to the USA from other countries and pass the USMLE etc. So, foreigners came into the system to plug the gaps. Reform is needed to encourage more young Americans to undertake medical studies. These should be subsidised and more medical schools opened and training hospitals created.

      There are more than enough people wanting to become doctors in germany. More than enough people with fantastic grades etc. There simply are not enough places in the study program. Your observation of the german genration may hold or not hold water but it it certainly does not hold relevance to the matter of syrian doctors.

    A nation that is exclusively dependant of foreign workers, is a poorly managed nation, and a nation in decline. Incentives for native citizens to pursue careers in medicine, engineering etc, are obviously lacking. The governing authorities, which are responsible for providing these incentives, are not fulfilling their obligations. Therefore, alternative strategies of governance ought to be considered, to address this inadequate circumstance.

    • @onlygoogleknows6705

      German education system could use an overhaul. Regarding engineer shortages I think that is related to the educational deficits in german schools(Highly variable depending on your school,teachers, and family support). Regarding medicine - Simply not enough funding of study programms to allow for enough places. People want to get educated in medicine but can't allow themselves to wait 4-7 years (and not study anything else in the meantime!) for a place at a university.

    I could never understand why a country like Germany, the UK can't dedicate their own doctors. I'm sure they have a lot of smart people willing to study medicine.
    Why do they need foreigners.?
    (it's a genuine question)

    • @samlatooni

      No! There aren't any "smart" people around that's why these nations are dependent on highly skilled professionals , U know what they call less "civilised"😅😅😅😅

  • @onlygoogleknows6705
    @onlygoogleknows6705 23 години тому

    Yes kinda. Is the answer. At the same time 700 000, or is it a million(?) people may leave for syria, which then would not need to be taken taken care of by the health system anymore, thus counterbalancing the negative effect. Further, some of these doctors have been educated and trained in germany. Still, of course, no country ever wants doctors to move out.
