In this video, I will show you how to give access to everyone on Google Drive.
How to do:
Step 1: Open the web browser on your computer
Step 2: Go to Google.com website and log in to your Google account
Step 3: Click the Google Applications icon and select Drive
Step 4: Find the file on Google Drive that needs to be opened for access
Step 5: Right-click the file then select Share or Get link
Step 6: Proceed to set View/Comment/Edit access rights
Step 7: Enter Gmail in the recipient box or send the link to the recipient.
