She said yes!!! Ralphy orchestrated a beautiful proposal for his brand new fiancé, Bianca, at the Altamont Vineyard & Winery yesterday. The rain held out just long enough for him to pop the question and for their family to jump out and congratulate them before an intimate catered dinner party.
