retuned rz 350 engine cant beat it even a 250 twin Yamaha engine tzr tdr same thing basically would of of also been an awesome quad the best single though goes to the trx 250 single Honda 2 stroke model only
my favorite quad for years has been the Honda 400ex due to its low maintenance and bulletproof engine, but I just picked up one of these things. we will see what I like more.
I have a 2003 honda 400 ex it runs great but i do not like clutch i like semi automatic or automatic bu i work with it but overall it runs good and we also have a banshee trying to get working so we will see how the banshee is.
Mod it, they need to breath. Chop the airbox, pods, reeds n spacer, timing +4. Stock banshees will walk a 400ex so after that it's lights out. After that a reliable port from a reputable builder. Thats where I'm at and and can pull on yz 250s in straights. Only problem is hooking all that power to the ground. If your on the pipes those tires are coming loose all the way to 5th
Never chop the air box off just get a box mod make it a single core K&N air intake just take off the lid so you can still go trail riding trust me if you hit a puddle with no box on with just pods you’re screwed. Or buy one of those lids that are free flowing like s screen on it but you still get the air flow
Henry MP no it isn’t because the banshee is twin 2 stroke, meaning it has 2 pistons, 2 carbs, connected dual crank, and two expansion chambers (pipes).

It's because those engines arnt legal, the Raptor is the Best and one of the Most fast LEGAL Sport quads in the Industry, so Technically No Banshees are not better then Raptors in terms of Legalized Sport Machines!! Raptors take The Lead!!!

@@2smokepipo812 agreed if you want to hit water or mud. I have a chopped box with 2 k&n filters and outerwears. Dry only machine and I love it.
