Scholars say that if a product has a fragrance that is natural to the product & not specifically scented then it is okay. For example, a lotion that you may need for any purpose will naturally have a fragrance, but not a specific scent. This is okay but it is perferred to avoid it. The reason this is okay is because scholars say that lotion is not used to perfume one's self so it does not break the rules. It is better to buy unscented in general. But if this is a lotion is specifically to be fragrant (ex strawberry scented etc) this is makrooh. At the end of the day neither of these breaks your hajj & you don't have to pay a fidiah, all that matters is your intention allahu alim.

You need a mahram to perform Hajj despite what the Saudi government may say.

The scent of zinc oxide in the sun screen they say it’s fragrance free but there is still smell from the ingredient, can we use it ?

Just use an umbrella. We've been problem free without chemicals since ages & the sun is certainly not the problem
