I have reviewed many, many homes online, but this presentation is THE BEST I have ever seen. I never considered living in New York until I saw this home! I am overly impressed, but I think it was the presentation that sold me. The house is great, but with this presentation, it is awesome! I hate to say it, but for $2.6 M, it is a steal!
