After proving that He could get any Idiot Elected to Any Office in 2016,

I've purchased numerous stocks in individual firms. Because there are so many stocks that will skyrocket in the long run, it is currently safe to buy in on ETF and ride it out. Due to fud, I sold out early, but then retraced my ways and re-invested $350,000 with a financial advisor who manages my account. I received an 82% return last year and will see where it goes this year.

I am convinced that Jim Simons, behind all the facade of supercomputers and complex mathematical models, hid a simple trading rule that he probably discovered himself and that a skilled mathematician could apply with high probability just a few minutes after familiarizing themselves with its principles. Such a rule exists because I also managed to figure it out after 16 years of considering why prices sometimes go up and sometimes go down. He simply concealed its simplicity, hiding the straightforward and logical actions behind the entire system of supercomputers and an army of mathematicians supposedly crunching a few numbers in a table.

Some comments: One, the Fields medal is the equivalent of the nobel prize in mathematics. More recently the Abel prize has also been introduced. This is not to take away credit from the great work Simons produced with Chern though. Two, it was known well before Simons that markets could be modeled as stochastic processes. Bachelier was the first person to analyze the problem for his PhD thesis under Poincare. Simons just had good instincts on hiring the right people.
