이 매듭은 올브라이트의 변형으로 보인다.
FG매듭은 원줄(두겹이라는 의견도 있는데 엄밀히 보면 한겹이다)과 목줄 각각 한가닥씩 역할하여 매듭부분이 굵지 않아서 케스팅시 간섭이 덜 한데
이것은 원줄과 목줄이 모두 3가닥이라서 매듭부분이 굵어서 초릿대를 빠져 나갈 때 간섭이 좀 더 생길 듯,
그리고 FG매듭은 조임매듭이고 이 매듭은 꺽임매듭이다. 조임매듭은 시간이 갈수록 더 결착하는데 꺽임매듭은 꺽임부분에 부하가 점증하면서 터질 가능성이 높아진다.

I feel like if u have to do 25-30 turns on a knot it probably isn’t worth a shit. I mean I could tie 30 over hand knots and it would be strong too.

I'm tying 0.165 braid to 0.30 fluorocarbon and no matter what I try the finished knot slides off the fluorocarbon. Under minimal tension....any help or advice would be much appreciated from anyone who thinks they can help.

@@mr.rey3.062 hi thanks for the tip, but since I posted this comment I have found a way of tying the f.g knot that suits me. I've tied it so many times now I'm quite proficient with it. It involves a small loop in the end of my braided main line. That loop is hooked onto my real handle (creating tension) the fluorocarbon is wrapped several times around my ring and pinkie finger on my left hand (allowing me to pull tension into the fluorocarbon) my free fingers and thumb allow me to pinch the knot. The other hand does alternate wraps of fluro around the braid....results in a perfect f.g every time. I no longer use any other knot for my fluorocarbon to braid connection. There's a great tutorial on UA-cam but I've lost the link, sorry 😞
