Oh my 😮...I never added seasoning except in small doses for my kiddos. Being in a family with high blood pressure and chronic heart problems salt and similar seasonings are so bad for us. Ive always said no matter what it is "It starts in the home first" 🥴 Teach you and your children healthy eating. No salt, or very minimal for taste and thats it. Thank you 4 sharing🙏🏼🙏🏼
