The fact is, the land title and indenture thing is all across Ghana. There's no place in Ghana that you'll buy land and not get those two certificates. So my dear diasporan community always be sure to obtain those two documents. The original one. Thank you Mr. Anku. And blessings Miss Ivy.
Things are getting out of hand in Ghana these days.when the traditional people were selling land,they might even add half plot to what you buy.Now,some people with suit and tie are selling land for the price of what use to be the price of a small house.
At 20:12 he said "you can buy the land from him." Does this mean that he currently owns the land? Or is he simply marketing the land for sale as a realtor, and he receives a commission? There may not be much difference in terms of the transaction to purchase, but I think it could be misleading to think that he owns the land.
I’ve seen so much negative information about buying land in Ghana. I want to buy, but I’m terrified from the experiences of others. I’m new here by the way. ❤
In Ghana the concept of building your own home is common practice. It's normal for people to start saving for land and building a home once they start working. It can be a nightmare if you have bad contractors in the building process
There are people who have the money. If you can't afford it, there are other options in Ghana that are lower in price in different places. The fact is Greater Accra has increased in price over the last 10-15 years. You could get land in other regions with a lower cost.

It can be scary, but you can get safe land deals. Just do your research and due diligence before making the decision.
Too much for land that will never be yours.
Why won't it be yours?
The person is probably referring to Ghana's leasehold for land.
@IvyProsper okay 👍
The land is over priced
You are right. They are making Ghana seem like it's more than what it is.These are the people that are making life difficult for ordinary Ghanaian.
$25000 for a land in Pokuase? That was even less than a village in 1990
Everything was less expensive in 1990!

Lands in Ghana are more expensive than USA.
Greed gone mad. That area wasn't even a village in 1990
@@kanti8942That's 34 years ago. A lot has changed in the Greater Accra Region over the last three decades.
They always say they sold some already, just how many people have such amount of money.
