Bro how do you find these ? Every target I’ve been too they don’t have any turtles
not sure if those retro TMNT figures are Target "exclusives" or not... I found all those same figures today at WalMart, and for $2 less (9.99) than that Target label - they even had the storage shell figures and pizza throwers and giant Mikey and Leo on the shelf. Meanwhile my Target had none of the TMNT goods. - Maybe it's a new planogram display in the works, but if its not on the shelf, I can't buy it and might as well not exist.
maybe this new wave of TMNT figures is just general release (not anyone's exclusive) and will have the same price everywhere? I dunno... can only speak for what I saw. - Best of luck hunting, fellow collectors!
