Yeh, I mean, I don't expect it to compete my time with GT6, but it should be a good fun game.
well true, those two games will have different aspects of gameplay that no competition between the two will ever have on each other, but keep up the good work you're doing out there, I look forward for more GT6!
That race was so awesome! I'm loving the more aggressive A.I.
I could care less about standards vs premiums because the whole game was specifically about driving. There never was a "premium" selection of cars to begin with in the first place, it's simply just an added touch to the game, something that isn't necessary to have but it's nice that it is there. I'm loving the physics of the game, you get a true sense of how the car behaves and how evil they can turn when you can't maintain control!

Your absolutely right the new driving physics are great and more realistic, when you lose control it's really hard to get it back, GT5 was a bit too easy. Great video.

Yeah AI for the most part sill sucks. This race was pretty much the best that the AI gets.

By far the best video about GT6 out there, it's funny how IGN and all these websites made a shit review about GT6 which i'm sure they ( the reviewers ) have played the both GT5/6 not more than 10 hours each and judge negatively on this game. Definetely looking forward for part 2 make it happen real quick please(:

lol i agree how gran turismo teaches you a lot about cars. as a kid playing throgu hgran turismo 1 i literally learnt evey single car name, what turbos are, suspension etc.

Valduuuudes!!!! Another good standard vehicle that actually sounds good bone stock is the Ford F-150 SVT lightining.
When GT7 is out, think about Drive Club but with more realistic handling and physics, I think it will basically be like that... more cars maybe
Kaz took out a lot of cars that were in the older GT's,it would't kill him to put in a generic cockpit for the standard cars that are all black inside.A racing simulator is a game that simulates racing and all aspects of it,so can we please stfu about crashing simulators because last time I checked Forza wasn't a crashing simulator and neither is the NFS games but as you can see they have a damage system,It seems like when we want something that other games have and what should be in this game we're all of a sudden complaining,all of these things will make for a better racing game.

good video, man. Not gonna buy gt6 myself, not for now anyways. And that simply has to do with finance. I still want to buy a ps4 and to be honest. I'm not even done with gt5 and forza 4 haha. I really enjoyed this video though. The gameplay definitely seems refined. Or maybe it's just because you're a much better driver than me :D

Love the way the 458 handles in the game. The Aston Martins are more fun to drive for me though. Does anyone know if the standard cars are on a level physics wise with the premium cars?. Obviously they don't look as good and only have blank cockpit view but i have not bought one yet, thinking they will be substandard to drive.

Racing hards were not op in gt5. Racing softs would own the hards. Your 458 does not have a wing on it. wouldn't putting a wing on it and adding extra downforce counter your rear slipping out?

Running on 720p instead of full hd will ensure 60 fps Digital Foundry have found.
Not true. I run it in 720P and I can't drift online without slowdowns. The smoke takes a LOT out of the PS3.
Unless it'S just because I have an older PS3 (the 60GB retro-compatible one)
ofnir123 Its not that perfectly 60 fps. Alpha effects such as leaves rustling under the wheels will also cause some fps drop.
But even so, it's still not that noticeable, unless you're in a pack of 8 people doing tandem or something. And it's never enough to fuck up your driving so that'S a good thing

Yo DUDER im way into the realism and all but me personally I always had racing softs and driving aids. Im a really pussy driver I'm just playing for fun. Gt5 was the shit so is this better for that or do I need to start adapting to real driver game now?
you say the standard cars look great, but try the audi auto union type c '37. that car wasn't in gt5, so they just took it straight from gt4 without improving it. its open top so it has a cockpit view, but the steering wheel doesn't even turn. it looks like it might be made of 500 polygons total, the model is just awful. you have to drive it though, it will do over 220 mph (in 1937 i might add), and the turning circle is so awful that a spin takes minutes to recover from. its scary, but epic.
Yeah some standards look better than others, I noticed that. A bit easier to compare now that every car is in the dealership though. Still honestly, I'm glad they have them in there. A lot of the cars that are standard are actually favorites from a lot of people, and I can't imagine a simulation without them (ex: the MK4 Supra, or the HS30Z)
But yeah, some of them are quite the experience to drive. It's also the only simulator in the market that lets you drive the RWD Skylines, AND the classic ones. Gotta love them
