Finally I found someone explaining why it isn't working. I had prestige master in season 2 but I can't unlock any cards or icons. Now I have lvl 455 of prestige 20 (prestige master) and going up. It's a bit sad that it is glitched and Activision won't do anything with that but it is 4 year game.
@@hamcheese3532 it says you do, but you don't get them. I'm prestige 8. No keys haven't spent any besides the ones I got in the 6 seasons from Cold Wars life cycle
i was revisited cold war to see if this was fixed, level 1000+ and nothing. this is the first time ive seen an explanation or reason why to why we cant buy items. thanks for the video, man

I prestiged 14 times during Cold War's life cycle but never hit prestige master. So now I'm never able to unlock them, great.

You dont even get keys anymore, which is stupid surprised they didnt make it to where you could buy keys with cod points

@ieatcheesegraters7238 unfortunately If you did not prestige at least one time in 2021 or 2022 you cannot use them

No, If you did not hit prestige master in 2021 or early 2022 then you are not able too use prestige keys
So basically you can’t use the prestige shop if ur new player in 2024

@harryreesby8656 it is a visual glitch, even with prestige master you cannot purchase items
