I graduated from Dartmouth when I was 50. They often pushed us in front of the mic (figuratively). Over time we learned to adapt through necessary discomfort. Now, I'm learning again from you. Keep the quality content coming!

    1. Before Presenting - Physically ground ourselves with the body (focus on physical sensations) Develop Grounding Techniques.
    2. While Presenting - Continue this trend of physical sensation. The way words feel as we speak, how each word sounds as we articulate them clearly.
---- Body movements that will ground your focus in the present moment.
    3. Focus outwardly on the individuals in the audience specifically ones that you might feel are more "likable".
Focus Is The Key - Keep the "conscience mind" distracted or outwardly focused (Exteroception).
If you are thinking about anything besides external stimuli you are most likely leaning toward being in the "conscience mind" (Interoception).

I’m happy to have come across your context. I’ve always worked or continuing learning to improve. **can you do a talk about ppl with adhd and doing talks
In my field we do a lot of roleplay on zoom. I get overstimulated on a big zoom meet, adhd/anxiety. Especially when randomly called on and told repeat after me, then they use this in grading you as employee. My brain does not work with repeat after me, after you just said a whole paragraph. I need to review before. If you could touch on that, it would very much be appreciated. Thank you

I usually go without any preparation and I do better than those who have practiced 😊

I am really really happy and feeling proud, that someone from our country is such a talented and professional, I like your way of speaking. Mr Yasir i have one problem, my sense of humor is good but the problem is while talking, if someone makes a point on me, my face started blushing, I have words to reply but the problem is my face becoming red, instead of giving reply i start hiding my face from others. but i am becoming good day by day and also after watching this video, now i got why i got too much blushed because my focus is on hiding my face that no one can see and judge me, so i forgot the things, In back days this was my big problem but i made myself understand the process why it is hapening and after watching this video i am more confident, thanks. Can you please make a video related to this? and sorry for bad grammer😅

Practicing is essential but it is only half the battle. My video emphasizes more on the importance of focus before and during the speaking event.
You can have the best practice in the world but if you focus on the wrong things, you’re not going to be able to articulate properly.

    Excellent video, @speakingwithyasir 👏
Question: It feels awkward practicing without the real audience.
    What to do about that?
